"I recently stayed at Grand Bahia Principe Jamaica, and it was honestly an incredible experience—definitely a 5/5 stay. The entire staff was amazing, truly 10/10, always friendly, attentive, and creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The vibes around the resort are great, and the location is perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights was the food—the buffet was unbelievable, with a wide variety of options and great chefs preparing everything fresh. The drinks were also excellent, and overall the quality of food and beverages exceeded expectations. There were always fun activities going on around the resort, which kept the experience enjoyable throughout the day. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved to make the experience even better. Expanding the restaurant menus with more variety would be a great addition. Adding a nightclub or more nighttime entertainment options would elevate the nightlife, and extending bar hours a bit later (maybe until 2 a.m.) would be appreciated. Also, having more tour options available—or better availability—would help guests who want to explore more, as choices felt a bit limited at times. Overall, an amazing all-inclusive resort with great energy, excellent service, and top-tier food and drinks. I would definitely come back."

"The Management shows little concern for the reality of their guest’s experiences. We left the property this morning after a four day stay. During the stay, we informed them each day that TV didn’t work. They apologized, but NEVER repaired or mitigated the situation. I booked out room as an individual using a mobility scooter. Despite having a ramp onto the deck, there was no ramp into the hotel, and no grab bars in the restroom, despite management’s assertion and advertisement that the property of handicap friendly. I complained daily, and while the staff constantly apologized, the supervisors and management simply didn’t seem to care. I will NEVER stay at this property again, nor would I EVER let anyone that I care about stay there. There are neighboring options."

"El hotel es excelente. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasar un descanso increíble. El personal es super amable, las instalaciones muy bonitas, mi habitación con la vista al frente del mar fue lo mejor, q mar tan bello, las actividades recreativas super buenas, me encantó y lo disfruté mucho. La comida es excelente. Lo único quizá fue que había zargazo, entonces la playa y el baño en el mar fue no tan especial como lo quería, pero la pasé excelente y lo recomiendo mucho."

"La habitación súper buena nos dieron con Jacuzzi y estaba muy linda. Buena limpieza y reposición de mini bar y toallas. La comida muy variada y rica. Los restaurantes a la carta divinos solo que debes reservar con tiempo hasta las 3:00 de la tarde. Muy completo en actividades y muy buena variedad de bebidas. Fue un viaje maravilloso y estadía fabulosa. Gracias"
