"Very clean and modern home. Home had modern style from bathroom sinks that give you a water temp while using, to big screen TVs in living room and bed rooms.House had clean laminate floors (no carpet), bathrooms and kitchen were also very clean and modern.Home is location is perfectly placed between Arcata and Eureka for easy access to both areas sites and restaurants. There is also a very good cafe within five minutes of the home. Great Coffee and food. Also very quiet area."

"Great stay, perfect for our dogs. Big, fenced yard. Fun house, nicely remodeled and decorated. Simple and clean, not fussy. Good parking, neighborhood felt safe, nothing fancy. Walking distance to a cute market, neighborhood dog walking safe. Centrally located to enjoy Trinidad, Arcata, McKinleyville, etc. We would definitely go back to this property, local contact was friendly, organized and professional. "
