"Cottage was very clean and supplied with essentials. HEB is 1 mile away which is helpful. Would have been nice if there paper plates, charcoal and lighter fluid, and basic condiments were provided. Great location, quiet and family friendly. 10 out of 10 I recommend."

"The cottage was amazing and deco was beautiful. The owner definitely took the time to think about what is needed for a comfortable stay. The yard is perfect to sit back and relax after a day at the beach. Close to the Seawall, and loved the recommendations for places to visit and eat in the welcome under. Met a couple of neighbors in this quiet neighborhood. Seemed like we were only five minutes away from everything. The coffee pot, stopped working. I text the provided app and there was a new coffee pot delivered in a few hours. Your customer service is great. Thanks again, we will be back"

"Beautiful view, private pier a few steps away. Very quiet on a one-way street, located in a friendly neighborhood where people walk their dogs and ride their bikes and say hello when they pass you. Less than 10 minutes to an area of Rockport that has several places to eat, both local establishments and chain restaurants as well. The house has window, air conditioners, but we enjoy the background noise because we were both raised at a time when we used box fans in the summer to keep cooler...
