Beach Front Cottage - Head on the cloud, toes on the sand

  • It does not get closer to the beach than this! Come have fun at this adorable one bedroom cottage that sleeps up to 5 guests. One of the few homes that is ONTHE BEACH with all the amenities and comforts of home with the most amazing views of Lavaca Bay and Old Town Lake. You will feel in an Island surrounded by water and with spectacular views of the Sunrise and Sunsets.

    Adorable cottage high on stilts to have the best views of the beach. This one bedroom cottage has an open floor plan with a high ceilings, spacious kitchen, eat-in Island and windows all around to take in the fenomenal views. The home has balconies on three sides with views to Lavaca Bay and Old Town Lake. You will feel in the clouds, looking down to all the beach action and when downstairs it will take only few steps to be in the water. Does not get any better than this!

    You will be able to do self check in with a unique access code provided the day of your arrival. Please make sure to send a picture of your ID directly to your host (not just Airbnb), access info will not be provided without receiving ID.

    Rosangely and Ramon are nearby and will be able to assist through your stay.

    Home is on Well Water, we recommend bringing bottle water to drink and cook.

    Bring watershoes to walk on the beach, our beach is a shell beach not fine sand.

    Mosquito repellent is a must
    Must be 23 years or older to be able to book the property. Must send a picture of a valid ID directly to host. Host will not give access to the guest without having received ID.


    UNREGISTERED GUEST: Having more guests than what the reservation was made for is a violation to the Reservation agreement and House Rules, charges of $75/per additional person per night will be assessed or immediate termination of your stay without refund.

    NO PETS: Any pets in the unit will result in a fine of $250.00, and immediate termination of guest's stay without refund.

    SMOKING: No smoking of ANY kind in the house or near doors. If smell or burnt marks are found in the property, host will seek a $500 cleaning fee plus any additional costs of replacing the damaged property. Smoking Marijuana on the property grounds will result in immediate termination of guests' stay, without refund.

    We have no tolerance for criminal behavior. Any illegal activities, acts of violence, loud arguments or fighting will result in immediate termination of your stay and there will be no refund. The same is true if the police is called to the unit.

    The space will be in clean and working condition. No compensation will be given for non-working items outside the owner's control, including but not limited to: power outages, internet outages, etc. For items inside the owner's control, owner will make every attempt to rectify any problems that may occur. It is Guest's responsibility to notify the owner IMMEDIATELY if there are any problems and allow owner to rectify the issue. No refunds or other compensations will be given for problems owner is able to rectify within a reasonable time frame or if the issue was notified to the owner after the guest stay ended.

    Guests will be responsible for costs of any repairs for problems caused by actions of Guest, pet or any one in their group.

    Check-In is at 4:00 PM and Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Time before Check-In or after Check-Out can only be arranged the night before. In the case that extra hours are approved, guests agree to pay $30 per extra hour. Payment must be received by Host before the additional time can be in effect.

    Do not clean fish inside the cottage. Dispose of any carcasses in the bay, NOT INSIDE TRASH CANS.

    Quiet hours are from 11 PM - 9 AM. This rule does not apply during Holidays such as Independence Day or New Year’s Eve, the whole community will be celebrating.

    Guests have no access to the locked closet in the kitchen nor the utility elevator. Attempting to unlock or use either will have a $250 fine and grounds to terminate stay without refund.

    Guest and guest's invitees shall fully defend, indemnify and hold harmless the owners, managers and business entity acting on behalf of the owners from any and all claims, lawsuits, demands, causes of action, liability, loss, damage and/or injury, of any kind whatsoever (including without limitation all claims for monetary loss, property damage, equitable relief, personal injury and/or wrongful death) for the use of the property as vacation home, amenities, facilities, grounds, fishing pier and/or equipment used during guests stay while on our property or outside of our property. The indemnification applies to and includes, without limitation, the payment of all penalties, fines, judgements, awards, decrees, attorneys' fees, and related costs or expenses, and any reimbursements for all legal fees, expenses, and costs incurred by it.

Beach Front Cottage – Head in the clouds, toes in the sand.

Beach Front Cottage – Head in the clouds, toes in the sand. Stayed Thursday July 25th through Sunday July the 28th 2024, for me and my wife’s 31st Anniversary. On the agenda, beach, fishing, relaxing, puzzles, search for shells and driftwood and enjoy the views. The days we stayed just happened to be great weather and we had the beach all to ourselves. We pulled our wagon to the beach right out in front of the house loaded with our chairs, umbrella, drinks and radio for good tunes. The house was clean, cool, well-kept and stocked for daily needs for cooking, cleaning and BBQ’ing. The wrap around balcony with great views and with plenty of beach chairs to set in and enjoy your day. You can park you vehicle under the house on cement pad keeping it in the shade and out of weather. We spent many of our nights here having conversations and listening to the breeze and waves crashing on the beach. Great host communication with Rosangely readily available if needed and texted us for update of what was going on in Magnolia and at the Indianola Fishing Marina. At IFM you can get good steaks, drinks, merchandise and bait to fish with. The beach house met and exceeded our expectations. We are going to book it again for our birthdays in September. 5 STARS! Thank you again Rosangely.
