"The host is the worst ever. He does not provide dryer for your wet clothes and you can not use chair outside the property because you are violating rules , the vacancy is for 6 and they only have one parking spot , you We have been spy all vacation by him through the cámaras he said we can not smoke outside the property, he also argue that we left one beer bottle on patio and said that we have to clean before leave and that is what we did we left the property clean and neat everything was super...

It was an easy process, and an excellent experience!!!I highly recommend this house if you just feel like hanging out, or exploring Anna Maria, it’s a beautiful location!!And don’t forget to go down the slide!! " Very clean - my friends kept saying this as we stay in rentals 2-3 times a year and this house was very clean. Host was very responsive to all inquiries. Enjoyed having kayaks available to use on the river and didn’t have to bring ours. The outdoor area was perfect with nice umbrellas and three loungers. The stairs to the bedrooms are steep - I suggest leaving suitcases downstairs. Thank you for allowing us to stay - had an excellent weekend. "

"The house is great. The supplies that are at the house are great there was cooking oli plus salt & pepper so we didn’t have to run to the store in the first day that we got here. The proximity to the beach is Excellent it is just a two minute walk the house was clean. We have no issues with the AC with fans though out the house. The rules were very specific to the point so that was easy to follow. Would stay here again in the area.Beautiful sunsets and the beach was not crowded. "

"We were visiting to move our daughter in at University of Tampa. This was perfect location for what we needed- 5 minutes from shops like target and Walmart, 15 min from school. We were able to have some Amazon deliveries to house as well. House is clean and nicely decorated. Pool was great for the two days we had nice weather. Def recommend. "

"This is an older house with all of the memories of my grandmothers house. Comfortable and a place for all of your necessities. The location is awesome and walking is the easier way to get around. Having my pup and my family along made it a fun trip."
