"Great customer service, always responded promptly if not immediately. Clean with everything needed for stay. The one small issue was that only one key card was provided so partner had to be let on the elevator/in pool if we were not always together. We did not ask, or request a second card so no fault of the host. Just be aware to indicate you need a second card. "

"There was no staff. The front desk made absolutely sure that they would not give us any help as we were renting from a tenant. The glasses were filthy and the ironing board was sticky and unusable. It was in a great location for us and we only had to spend one night so ….. we wondered why they supplied us with earplugs and we soon found out the reasons. It was also extremely noisy! "

"Our room was not ready at the check in time. The cleanliness was sub par at best. Light over shower was out and very dim in the bathroom. No wash clothes. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. I would not stay in this unit again. We were traveling with friends who had a super nice condo and we paid about the same price. "

"My stay at the Regency on Beachwalk was perfect. The spacious condo was perfect for my family with 2 young children. The kitchenette was handy for money saving meals and we had a space to hang out during the day that was separate from the bedrooms -- which meant no sandy toes in the bed. The check in was easy and quick, and through expedia I was able to message and keep in contact with the hotel when our flight was delayed. The service was friendly and exceptional, with bedding and towels...
