"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "Poor host room was not clean. No cooking pots or pans. Limited silverware. We had to buy are our own cookware? gate fob didn't work half the time lighting was poor bulbs burnt out not even close to enough toilet paper needs a serious upgrade "

"The sliding doors are terrible. Won’t stay on track. The one in bedroom won’t open. The patio is small. The light above the stove did not work. The unit is spacious and it’s nice to have two bathrooms. A larger on wall tv would be better. Also the bbq is at the pool and requires charcoal. The bed was comfortable and I liked the ceiling fan in bedroom. Nice to have washer and dryer. Communication was good. Unit is near entrance. "

"We had a wonderful time. The condo was fully equipped with beach gear, air conditioning, laundry detergent, plastic wrap, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and other small necessities. The owner was quick to answer any questions we had during our stay, which was very helpful. While the condo is undeniably old, it has been renovated and is comfortable. It's quiet and close to the beach, so we'd love to stay here again."

"Great location, everything was as described. Communication with the host was excellent. The only inconvenience was the building being renovated, which meant the parking lot was 200 meters away. There were no disturbing noises. I recommend it to everyone."
