"Roomy Condo with everything you need if you're staying in. Close to the pool and Beach access with comfortable beds. Like mentioned previously, the sliding glass and screen door is hard to close and open. The loft space is large and cozy with AC and fans throughout to keep cool. Overall, a pleasant place to stay. If you have rowdy young adults like I did it may not be the best option but for a relaxing quiet stay its perfect."

"There was major construction going on, we didn’t have water all day one day and scattered times through out the other days, roaches everywhere, and parking was a pain!! We were not told anything about construction until we showed up and saw it and the day we arrived I started getting emails on all other stuff!"

"The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway. "Location was super convenient as we are a family traveling to north short for a wedding at Ritz Carlton. Peaceful, scenic,, beautiful on the gold course"

"Great property, loved the location. Easy walk to Turtle Beach, or short drive with easy parking. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Lots of beach gear available, too. Only caution I have — the unit was rather warm when we arrived. However, we turned on the AC units and placed fans in common areas, and then went out for dinner. It was adequately cooled off when we returned. "
