"This home is clean, beautiful and the Host provided lots of EXTRAS. The views are amazing from the front (mountains) and the back (ocean). Lots of beautiful flowers in the yard. The housing area is gated and has a booth agent 24/7. We had 9 people, ages 16 - 84. There was plenty of room. The house has 4 bedrooms upstairs, & 2 full baths (shampoo/conditioner / Dove liquid soap) with lots of bath towels. Downstairs had a half bath, a comfortable couch (sleeper is broken) and a foot bench that...

"We rented this place for combined family vacation with my brother in law’s family. We had plenty of space for our group of 9. The house was clean and had all the extras we needed. Washer/dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards and even goggles for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked though we didn’t cook much. Beautiful views from the front and backyards. Definitely a great value!"

"The home was absolutely perfect and even more beautiful in person! The scenery around the property was gorgeous and the exact relaxing location we needed. The owners were responsive and I would give this property 5/5 stars. The 7/11 down the street was great and had food from Japan and the staff was nice. As a heads up, this location is super far away from touristy places, but that is exactly what we were looking for. There is a huge homeless population that you will drive past. I'm glad we got...

"The house was perfect for what we needed. Beautiful views of the Mountains and Ocean. Nice outdoor seating for evenings and supplies for the beach if you want to use them. The only issue is the surrounding neighborhoods. Lots of homeless camps along the ocean. We did not feel safe going to the beaches in the area. Drove 30 minutes west to have a beach day. Not a lot of options for eating out around either of you are looking for something other than fast food. "
