"Another amazing vacation on Bailey Island in this perfect house (the driveway is a bit tricky but very doable). We love that there’s so much to do right on the island like fishing, beach combing… and yet you aren’t far from shopping and other attractions. The house is ideal for our large extended family and there is plenty of space for games, puzzles, tv, crochet… Brett, as always, was prompt in communications and a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year!"

"We had 3 generations staying in the Friendly Cottage and all of us loved it. The grandkids loved climbing down the rocks to the little beach in front of the cottage and walking to nearby Cedar Beach to swim. My husband, son, and grandson really enjoyed playing golf at Highland Green Golf Club in Topsham. "Everything about our stay was fantastic. We really enjoyed the views, kayaking on the lake, seeing the stars, and listening to the loons. The location is perfect...close to the town, beaches, and trails, but also quietly secluded for that perfect peaceful getaway. The house was extremely clean, inviting, and comfortable. Wendy was a very generous and gracious host and made sure our stay was special. We can't wait to visit again"
