Family vacation

The house was in a resort type of setting, but there was privacy between houses. This house offered a large semi flat yard and a neat fire pit area. There was plenty of parking for multiple cars. The house had plenty of room for our party of 14. The kids enjoyed the bunk room (6 queen beds) and their own bathroom. They played pool often and the adults even got into the arcade games. The indoor pool was also a big hit with the kids. Be careful of the 2nd step, which is not flat, but had a slope. The rear deck is small and unfortunately had a bunch of bees around, eating away at the house, but you could still sit out there or get in the hot tub without being bothered too much. There was plenty of dishes for serving a large family and we loved the long table that fit all of us around it. Not many options for cookware, but we made it work. There were also no hotpads. There are a few dollar stores near by for last minute things, or a walmart about 20 minutes away. The attractions in the area are about 30-45 minutes away, but staying in Cosby was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. It was a nice location, a decently sized house for a large group and offered several things to do. It was also clean. The owners were quick to respond when we reached out. In our error, we missed the savings email, so if you're looking for those free experiences, double check your confirmation emails. Overall, it was a hit.

Kept teenagers entertained without a screen!

The house was great for teens! Also, the location is perfect if you are a National Park lover but not a crowd lover. There are some amazing hikes just 8 minutes from the house within SMNP! Also, go rafting! So fun and they need the business after the hurricane.

Fun Times 2

This is our 2nd year staying in the Magnolia Rental cabins. We returned because this is a great place to vacation with family and friends. The cabins are very spacious and the perks for renting are amazing. We were excited to get thete and sad to leave when it was time to go. The kitchens are equipped with everything you need to cook any meal on your menu and very spacious when multiple people are cooking. The game room and the pool were the highlight of the kids stay this year. I would advise updating the hot tub in the unit we stayed in as it as not operating like it should have been. Its old and time for a new one. We would definitely return to the cabins but would hope the hot tub is operable. We look forward to next yesrs vacation in Cosby Tennessee, gun times 3

Nice spring break getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. It was plenty spacious. The indoor pool was big hit among the little ones. The rooms, kitchen, coaches were good. The mattress were a little rough on the back. The spa/jacquzzi could you some attention / upgrades. The locations is Cosby, so a bit further than we are used to for the Gatlinburg area / pigeon forge. Overall, very good stay, with very good hosts.

Family Fun in Cosby

Our family just returned home from a four night stay. The house was clean, in a great location and full of entertainment options. There was several maintenance issues that truly did not impact our stay but needed attention. The host was responsive to questions and my concerns. Excellent group parking and the house fantastic for families. Overall. a wonderful property.

Wonderful Place

My husband, 5 kids and our dog had a wonderful time in the cabin! It was beautiful and big enough so everyone could do their own thing or all hang out together. It has a huge table so we could eat or play games together. The pool was on the main floor so I didn’t have to go up and down a million stairs everytime the kids needed something. The whole place was great. Gatlinburg was only about 20 mins away so it was nice not to be in traffic but close enough to go when we wanted to. A DG is about 5 mins away so that was convenient. Plenty of pots pans and dishes so we could cook when we didn’t want to get out. Loved the cabin and location

The cabin was located in the woods of Cosby. It was very convenient to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains. Check in and out was very convenient. It was clean and spacious.

Spectacular Cabin

I rented this cabin for our stay during the Rod Run. I took my husband 3 of our kids, 15, 12, and 5. I also had my two parents, as well as my brother his spouse and their kids age 14, 7, and 1 and also my cousin her boyfriend and their 2 kids 18 and 17. We had just a wonderful experience, everything was clean and just as expected from the pictures. The pac man machine didnt work but their was a car game, the pool table the pool, hot tub,the and theater room. The kids had a blast they are usually wanting to get out and go to the arcades and go kart tracks and such and this weekend none of them wanted to leave the cabin. It wqs in a good location no steep hills and such to climb making it a good anytime of the year cabin to stay in. It wqs about 40 mins from the Pigeon Forge strip but its not a bad trip to make. The area was quite and relaxing. The only thing i didnt like was not being able to see a floor plan prior to arrival but was not disappointed in the least. Definitely would recommend to anyone and i will definitely be reserving again in the future. Its the best experience ive had out of any cabin rental place and i have rented multiple cabins a year for many years now...

Awesome

The property was amazing. There was enough room for everyone and stuff for everyone to do. Some of us even got to see a bear stroll along the side of the cabin. It was an awesome adventure and hopefuuly we will be able to do it ahain soon.

Mountain Get Away

The house is beautiful and in a beautiful setting. It was however, a disappointment. Started out with no sheets for any of the fold out couches. I notified the management as soon as we discovered that which was 5ish on a Fri. Was told that they were in the chests at the end of the beds but alas, the only two chests were in the bunk room and only had 2 pillows. Management said they would contact the cleaning crew. Certainly expected that they would deliver them but they did not. The pool was very cloudy and had hair balls floating in it. The hot tub never got above 80. Instructions were to give it a day to warm up so we called on Sat afternoon and was told that they would contact the hot tub maintenance. by Sat eve we had not seen anyone so told them to cancel the request. We were leaving in the morning. The charcoal grills were full of wet used charcoal. We cooked over the fire. The furnace filter had not been changed in months. We had several guests who have asthma who had difficulties. For the price I did expect that all would be in order. This is the first time in years of using VRBO that I have had to give a disappointing review. All of the issues were reported to management so hopefully the issues were corrected for the next guests.
