"The cabin and scenery are just stunning. The Mountain Views are spectacular. The cabin is beautiful, spacious, & well stocked with supplies. You can tell some thought went into designing, building and decorating this lovely home away from home. I loved the open communication from the host. The decks with the fire pit and rocking chairs were my favorite part. Our family of four really enjoyed our stay! Probably the nicest cabin we’ve ever stayed in."

"The cabin upon arrival was very clean. I enjoyed the location as it was right in between gatlinburgh and pigeon forge. The hot tub worked great and so did everything else. The only reason for a 4/5 star rating is because of the bed… possibly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. Woke up with neck and back pain every morning. Felt like a box spring with no mattress, as there were no other sleeping places to chose and bed comfortability being a high priority on my rating list I’m...

"I called property management for more information on property and was told I did not have a reservation. I was unable to stay and had to book at another hotel. I requested refund through expedia and was denied. DO NOT RECOMMEND due to lack of communication. This has never happened before with any of my other stays."

"Close to downtown walkable areas I wanna go. Can hear people talking so walls too thin. Toilets and floor n sink loose so can hear hear screws loosing n wobbling when use. Otherwise bed is comfortable."
