Clean property
We spent Easter weekend at Jeff’s property which is easy to find. Close to the city park and walking trails. The kitchen nicely stocked as we hosted our son snd family for Easter dinner. Would absolutely stay here again.

One of the best places we've stayed.
My wife and I couldn't have asked for anything more. This place was very clean and in a great neighborhood. There was a big public park out the back gate that was great for an evening walk. There were two grocery stores with in ten minutes drive, and so many restaurant options with in that same ten minutes you wouldn't even need a grocery store. Great Stay
This was probably the best supplied kitchen we'd ever stayed in. Not a lot of unnecessary things, but all we needed. The location was excellant for our visit to Mesa Verde.

Perfect for Mesa Verde and Monument Valley!
This Neat well supplied small home in Cortez, was perfect for our Mesa Verde and Monument Valley explorations. The owner (Jeff) was very friendly, had many treats in store at the kitchen (oil! Salt pepper even some essentials we used!) the owner also had many handy brochures of all the surrounding attractions that made our stay and our planning easier. One day we actually saw the owner (who stayed in his private trailer parked adjacent to the house facing the back part of the property) so we had complete privacy on the front side of the house. We stayed a total of 3 days there and we even saw deer peacefully walking at the far end of the street towards the park behind… just lovely. The house sits very near the main hwy close to a Walmart and all the fast foods you may need to keep you well supplied. The host answers promptly, we had no issues during our stay. Thank you for this fun home away from home.

Easy on line process,... great communication from Jeff,... if I could give it a 10 I would. Bottom line,.... if I come to Cortez,..... this is where I'm going to stay.

We enjoyed staying at this property. It was very clean, had all the essential things, and was a comfortable size for our family. The kitchen was bright and functional. The coffee was great! Arrival communication was a struggle, but our stay went very smoothly after we gained access. We really appreciated the clothes drying rack in the closet after a visit to the local laundromat and nearby aquatic center.

Close and quiet
We found ourselves close to everything in town, with easy access to the sites we wanted to see: Mesa Verde, Canyon of the Ancients visitors center, and Hovenweep. The property itself is spacious, roomy, and quite comfortable. Our host, Jeff, had great suggestions about where to and what to do. He is also a professional massage therapist - and excellent. Take advantage of that bonus. An easy, comfortable, welcoming place to stay.

Great location!
