Everything we saw online about “Mel’s Moment” was exactly what it is. We never stressed a thing. No climbing stairs, parking is great. The house is beyond clean and accommodating. The pool is right outside the front door. The beach is straight down the road and a grocery store is one block away with a Dollar General across the street. It is perfect!! We had a great time.

Great experience. The condo was very clean and spacious...it had everything we needed. Pool on the property is the best pool I've ever been too. It's lagoon style with a kids area/splash pad. Loved it.

Perfect place and location. It’s our second time to stay here and will be back. It’s also walking distance to a local restaurant.

The place was tidy looking upon entry, but when you looked closely, it was grimie and dirty. The couch is just horrible to sit on. Cushions keep falling and moving off. We had to turn the carpet around because we kept on tripping over the curled up corner. That was a dirty experience. The bathroom was clean. Water filter in fridge needed replacing. Water tasted stale. Dishwasher leaked every other time you used it. Ice machine froze up once. The one bed really squeaks. Place is ok for a couple nights but for two weeks or more, not ok.

The condo was clean and adequate stocked. Beds were comfortable and my daughter and i enjoyesld our stay. Close to tje college we toured and will definitely stay here again!

Nice big condo right next to the pool with a nice front patio to sit out and read or have morning coffee. Its on the 1st floor & not too far from parking so easy to lug stuff in & out. It was very clean & decorated beautifully. There are two full or queen size beds & the one I slept in was very comfortable, not too hard or too soft. It was also well stocked with towels, TP, kitchen utensils, pots, bowls, cleaning supplies, etc, which is great for cooking or reheating leftovers. Its a short drive to beaches & grocery store. Also noted to be very quiet during my stay & never heard neighbors, tvs, or music day or night. Mgmt office responding quickly to minor issues. I look forward to staying here again.

Everything was perfect. Everything you need is provided. The pool is right outside. The kids had a blast and it was a nice getaway. The property is close to the beach and grocery store.

If you are looking for a nice, quiet getaway, look no further. This condo was perfect. Loved the breezy mornings out on the front porch while drinking coffee. Spent all day relaxing by the awesome pool. The complex seemed very safe. Short drive to the beach and even closer to the new grocery store. Will definitely stay here again.

Close to the beach, nice accommodations! Coffee cups in cabinet were dirty, had coffee stains, had to wash them all! Other than that was very nice!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed, and some nice extras. The games and movies for the kids were great, and the provided beach towels were very nice. If you have small children that want/require you to carry a hundred things to the pool, you cannot beat this location! It was literally right outside our condo, we didn't even have to put shoes on to walk over. The only negative thing I have to say is about the pool, not the condo itself. The pool design is amazing, but it was pretty dirty the whole time we were there. My 6 year old was not a fan of all the bugs in the water and kept asking me why the water looked so foggy. Maybe we just caught it on an off week.

We stayed at the property for our two littles birthdays! (3 year old and 2 year old). They are a year and 11 days apart. We loved the cleanliness and pool! 3 minute drive to clean and not crowded beach. Right in the middle of town so close to either corpus or port aransas. Would definitely stay again! Right next to pool but cant hear noise. Plus the house had all u needed. We will be back with more families for the next go around! Thank you again. Only downside was we called vacasa and tried to see if we could stay an extra night. After 2 phone calls and their promise to call us back and let us know we received no call so we just decided to go home instead of trying to stay an extra night. Bummed but figured it wasnt meant to be after all. :/
