Location of pool was perfect. Upstairs was perfect. Downstairs was a bit rough. Need a few more cooking supplies in the kitchen. Overall it was great and we will be back.

Absolutely go to The Gaff. Best pizza anywhere. Great people too.

Stay went well, was misunderstanding of layout, I thought there were 3 bedrooms upstairs but luckily 2 people canceled so it was fine. Didn't like that there was only 1 bathroom upstairs, family didn't like shower downstairs and wished there was a fridge down there. maybe a microwave also. Upstairs door was difficult to get in. overall a good stay.

Great unit and great location

We've stayed at other units in Sunday Villas but this was out first time in this one. This is a great setup for a family with 2 queen bedrooms upstairs and has the benefit of a separate unit on the lower floor with an additional 2 queen beds. It was perfect for us with a toddler in one bedroom and older / adult kids in the lower unit. We had a minor issue getting in, but the property manager was very quick in helping us out. The property was clean with good AC in the upstairs and downstairs units. We really like the location, an easy walk to the beach, and a couple minute drive towards the ferry and other restaurants in businesses in that area, but it tends to be a bit quieter than some of the other more party-heavy streets. The pool is in the center of all the homes directly across the street from this unit, nice and clean when you don't want to be on the beach. Highly recommend this property, love the location and overall setup, property manager is quick to address any issues and the unit has reasonable and clear checkout policies and fees.

Great location!

We come to Port Aransas about 3 times a year. We hardly ever stay at the same place. Location is important to us - we like to be along 11th street for convenience to the beach and town, We would definitely stay here again- loved that it was on 11th street but it is in the back of the neighborhood so it is also private. This was one of the best places we have stayed at.

Interesting Layout for multiple families

Overall the stay was comfortable and this place is spacious. I might consider it again honestly. Our biggest complaint was the loud construction almost the whole time even Saturday and Sunday, hard to sleep or enjoy the outdoors when they were so loud. I liked the separate downstairs unit but not the worry about locking the door if I went upstairs to hang with friends and kids wanted to stay in the room. Downstairs is very spacious and the pictures do not do it justice. Love that it has its own bath. A mini fridge would be nice. Downstairs had multiple broken drawers, NO HEAT [spring break still got in the 40's, thankfully extra blankets) and the main TV control never worked so volume was insane. Also there is no cable so be prepared to login and logout of your account. Also if you were to accidentally lock the keys in the downstairs with no one in there you would be screwed, it should also have a pin code lock. Upstairs was nice, spacious porch to hang out in. Plenty of room and well decorated. There were lots of dishes to cook and eat with. The fridge was way too small and older model to hold food for 10. The dishwasher was poorly located and had to be extra pushed to stay closed. The table extension flap was broken so awkward for one seat as it could not go up. Parking is foone SUV TOPS! Even two small cars would be an unlikely fit. Nice pool and so close to the beach. Easy proximity to everything.

Overall, it was an awesome spot and it was a very much needed mini getaway. We did have to kill a roach on our last night there but other than that there were no other creepy crawlers. Place was pretty clean but we felt like the floor could’ve been swept and cleaned a little better as there was sand getting stuck to our feet wherever we walked prior to our beach outings. Other than that the location and setting of the property was great! Will be back again!

Sunny fun in #15

We enjoyed our stay and the house was a near-perfect fit for us. The downstairs room was great for our teens, but didn’t cool down as much as we would have liked. Luckily I’d read other reviews and brought along an oscillating fan😁 Upstairs accommodations were good, but the railing around the decking is not safe for little ones. Several of the boards are loose and spaced too far apart. Our 2-year-old grandson could easily have slipped through so we didn’t spend much time on the deck. The pool was wonderful and never crowded. Overall, I believe we would come back but would check on the repair of the deck railing.

funn stay

great location. Wifi needs updated it is intermittent and the only way to watch TV. Need to Update kitchen utensils. Down stairs was hard to keep cool. great decorations and location.

The worst place ive stayed in port a

I go to port a at least 6 times a year, this year being my 5th time and i have never stayed in such a dingy place. Before we check in, thry call to tell me the stove and oven are broken and they got a little toaster oven and burner thing in there. We HAD 10 ADULTS THAT WE CLEARLY STATED WE STAYING THERE. Then the downstairs bedroom was scorching hot the entire stay, i sweat every night i was there. I woke up at 3 am to use the rr and it overflowed. There were also 3 large alive roaches. This is all in just the bottom room where i stayed . neighborhood looks questionable. Im just not very happy at all and i should be.
