There was a water leak from the master bathroom down to the living room. There was literally water leaking on us from the the livingroom ceiling onto the couch. There was a dead roach right when first entered the home. The carpet was so old with dark brown stains. The garage door worked on the first day,with trouble at that, then after that it never closed. None of the remote controls worked for the t.v.'s. The list could go on to say the least. When Abraham reached out to us to try and trouble shoot the garage door, he said he would talk to the manager for a discount for all of the inconvenience. Then, after we checked out and I reached out to him regarding the discount, he never answered via text msg or phone call. It seems like the owner doesn't care about the experience we had due to the lack of communication or compensation.

Not meeting the mark

*First, the good! The community pool was big, full of lounge chairs, and had good family vibes. Little waterfalls and a splash area make it fun for all ages. The pool water was warm and clean. Location is close to restaurants and beach. Both bedrooms up on 2nd floor and have their own full baths. Back deck, fenced in. Very basic. No grill at condo itself. The grills- 2 propane grills near the pool area. Quiet area. Wake boards in the garage. Towels for pool are provided. *Now the not so good. The condo it's in need of updates. I don't think the walls have been cleaned in a while. There was long hairs stuck on both sides of a hand towel. The carpet is old and in need of some deep cleaning. The main TV remotes don't have working functions. The TV is old and has terrible clarity. For a two bedroom they only have a 2 cup coffee pot and a Keurig but no kCups or coffee filters. There's more but I'll spare you the complaints since it's first world problem stuff. There's a bird's nest right outside the door on the light with 4 adorable baby swallows. The bird poo is piled up on the mat in front of the door (and a mom bird that swoops at your head, lol) The vacasa people through the stay were quick to respond and acknowledge all correspondence. All in all it's spacious, safe, and good enough. Not the quality I've come to expect with VRBO but tolerable.

Excellent condo!

We really enjoyed our stay! We will most definitely be coming back here:) I’d recommend replacing the tvs with some smart tvs At least in the living room. But 10/10 ! Loved it here ! Super close to everything we needed and the beach of course! Anyone who stays here will have a relaxing stay:) I’d definitely recommend! Bathrooms had awesome water pressure for cleaning out hair from all the sand! Beds were super comfy and rooms were super nice. I’m obsessed.

Fun in the sun!

Nice little duplex close to the beach. It was really nice to have a garage. The pool was great! My kids really enjoyed it.

Pool and location were great at property but house and vacasa are on the no go list for future stays

House was not clean nor had the normal housewares we have come to expect. Had to purchase trash bags, coffee filters, and laundry soap for their towels. Garage door remote became inoperable on our second day of our 5 day stay. We had been using this to enter and exit while we dead bolted the house. 3 hours after contacting vacasa a crying drunk woman called to check on us but did not show the next day as asked for garage door remote replacement.

Nice place to relax.

This location was a last minute grab for us. Our previously booked location elsewhere cancelled 24 hours prior to our booking. We were a bit upset over what happened, but once we got to this location, we realized that it was a blessing in disguise. This two story, two bedroom home is very nice. The beds were very soft and comfortable. The pool is within steps of the residence. They give you a two car garage to use, and even the opener. The opener made entering and exiting the location so easy.It only took 4 minutes to drive to the beach from the location, so while it may not be on the beach, it's close enough to get there quickly. I would stay here again without question. My daughter and I had an amazing stay here.

Cozy, Clean, Great Pool For Kids

Clean home. Perfect for my husband and I and my son, daughter-in-law and 2 grandchildren (4 & 1). Very close to the beach, comfortable beds and a very kid friendly pool. Will definitely stay here again. The one thing I want to share is that this is the first time we stayed at a home where there were no pantry staples of any kind. If you bring food plan to bring your cooking spray and spices. There is no salt, pepper etc. They have plenty of dishes though and I loved their oven.

Saying Bye to Summer 2018

This condo was very clean and with plenty of room for my family. It was also well supplied with pots, pans, cups etc. The only thing I would suggest is adding an ice maker. You have to use the ice trays and fill those up with water. The rest of the condo was perfect.
