This condominium needs some definite TLC! Two of the kitchen chair backs were separating and the third wicker chair had butt print. Pantry door knob was loose, had trouble keeping the dryer running, the two largest frying pans everything suck. The garbage disposal leaks under the sink. We only used that once. The dishwasher soap dispenser opens when it wants to. With that being said- the pool was wonderful and the location was perfect, close to shopping and the BEACH. Parking was great also. We would definitely stay here again but in a different unit. Overall atmosphere was very pleasant. Thank you

Recommend

Stayed here with my mother and daughter, we had a lovely time in this unit. My mother has knee issues and stayed in the downstairs bedroom which was convenient. The upstairs rooms are comfortable, although the stairs are a little steep, just fyi for anyone with mobility issues. Overall, would recommend, everything was clean and comfortable.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great time during our stay. The pool was very nice and close to the condo. The beach was great and it was a quick walk to the beach from the property! Great location! We enjoyed the space of the property and were able to spread out well. It had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy family time.

Great Location

We were a party of six and everyone was comfortable. The unit was laid out nicely. The coffee pot was not working but the property manager promptly replaced it. Short walk to the beach. The condo was very clean; and this unit has a nice big back outdoor area.

Beautiful spacious place

Our stay was great! We have a family of 14 and we all fit. Everything there to cook, kitchen stocked with pots and pans, utensils, paper towels, dish towels, dishwasher detergent, and trash bags. The place was nice and cool in the Texas heat. The back patio was very large and the large picnic table was large enough for 10. The outside shower was ideal after the beach to wash off all the sand. The only complaint I would have would be that there was roaches in the kitchen and the water pressure was very low. We could barely shower in the upstairs master shower. Other than that our stay was perfect! We will be back.

It’s a beautiful house in a great location. We were 14 and we had plenty big room. I loved the outdoor area. It’s big and spacious and we really enjoyed cooking outside. I would definitely rent it again!

Terrible management...

Blood and hair on pillows (4) and on comforters and sheets upon arrival, half all the outside furniture broken and un-useable, light bulbs out, kitchen utilizes dirty and food still in spatula, downstairs master bedroom bed from Motel 6, Been Better sleeping on the floor. Ants welcomed us on the beds upon arrival. This place was dirty inside and out, priced like a 5 star when actually only 1-2 stars. Pictures available upon request for proof.

Padre Island Family Vacation

We traveled by car with our youngest son from Chicago, Illinois. We gathered our oldest son and daughter in law In Addison our daughter, her boyfriend, two oldest grandkids their significant other and our brand new great-granddaughter (3 weeks) in San Antonio and headed to the coast for our beach vacation while trying to stay safe from Covid-19 especially with a new baby. The condo/house was perfect for our needs and comfort. Very close to the beach and other things to do. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful property. We loved it! Upstairs is a little tight.

Once the upstairs couch is pulled out as a bed it is a very tight squeeze to get around it to both the bathroom and king bedroom. Other than the tight squeeze our stay was comfortable and relaxing. Short walk to the pool and the outside patio and shower were AMAZING!! We left the upstairs patio doors propped open to listen to the ocean at night. Make sure you bring your basic pantry essentials (foil, baggies, seasonings). Ocean access was absolutely ideal!! We came with a group of 11 and had a wonderful and comfortable stay. The property manager was super friendly!! We will be back!

Great week at Beach View

I rented this property for my family to spend a week at together. My Dad is handicapped and in a huge wheelchair. The bottom floor and master was spacious enough for him to get around comfortably. We did have a little bit of trouble transferring him from the vehicle to his chair and vice versa because of the rocks in the driveway and the backyard was not accessible to him. He did enjoy his stay and liked that the bathroom was large enough for him. The rest of my family loved the place. It is so close to Whitecap beach and good fishing at the packery channel jetty. It was a beautifully decorated house with plenty of space for our family. The pool was a nice size and enjoyable to hang out at all day when we needed a break from the beach. We will return to this property soon as we had a great family vacation. We do reccomend as handicapped accessible.

Family had a good vacation together and had plenty of space in the property. Note: Need more kitchen towels Need new cutting board Look into a different cleaning service; lacking in many areas. Fire alarms are way too sensitive. Need to adjust. With a huge corner lot, should have a grill; the one at the pool is nasty. Pool needed to be skimmed more often; sand/dirt piled up in areas in the pool. Should not have exterminator when property is occupied especially with small children and elderly.

Amazing family vacation on the Gulf!

The property was perfect! 10 minute walk to the gulf (or drive 2 minutes to the public lot). Lots of great family friendly stuff to do on the island. Perfect for family travel!
