Where to start.....This property is in much worse shape than it appears in the pictures. The smell of mold and mildew upstairs was almost unbearable. My guess is that there was a water leak at some point and the carpet was never dried out properly or replaced. The entire upstairs where all the bedrooms are is carpeted and it is obvious that this carpet hasn't been changed in some time. It is very worn and dingy. It is obvious that this property hasn't had a deep clean in some time (lots of dust in air vents and along base boards). In addition, it didn't appear that it had even been cleaned appropriately from the previous guests. We found a half full can of beer sitting on the bench in the master shower, some sort black stuff in one of the bathroom sinks and when we pulled the sheets back on the bed in the master bedroom, there was hair and the sheets were stained. We ended up washing all of the sheets and towels ourselves to make sure they were clean. Also, had to go buy a pair of sheets for the foldout couch because there were no extra sheets provided (even though the foldout couch was advertised as one of the available beds). Regarding the communication with the management company, we attempted to reach them by phone/text to make them aware of the issues were having, but were not able to reach anyone after hours and didn't hear back from them until the next day. I will not be staying here again and wouldn't recommend anyone else stay here either.
