The beds were not comfortable. Our King bed had hammocked and overall seemed overworn/used. The other King bed, the mattress was touching the floor making it uneven. The dryer did not work and the fridge has a leak. The home has too much oddball furniture pieces with the sofas were pretty worn and bent inwards.

The property is in a great neighborhood with a pool & close walk to the beach. Great view of the ocean. Home is comfortable and great for families.

The house is in a great location, with a beach view from the living area, kitchen and large deck. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Property manager very responsive. Only issues: unpleasant smell in the stairway - possible pest control aromas? Cooking pans could be better, but otherwise the kitchen is well outfitted.

This was our second time staying in the community. Upon arrival noted sleeper sofa was broken ans was not able to to use it. Entry area sofa had a big rip in back of cushions. But was the worse problem was with all the TV’s, coukd not get regular channels, Netflix was the only thing we could watch, and even at that it was always buffering and would at times disconnect all together, that was a big bummer, 3 remotes for upstairs living room tv. The lack of adequate shower essentials was poor, 1 little tube of shampoo, body wash and the tiniest little bar of soap. Would probable not rent that unit again.

Very nice property. Got to take my wife, two daughters, my parents and wifes parents. Just a two minute walk to beach. Very welcoming, a home away from home feel. Everyone enjoyed it.

The perfect location!! Just a few minutes from town in a beautiful, gated community! The house was perfect for our family of 10, and having a bathroom in every bedroom was a HUGE plus! The kids had lots of room to play and the decks were a great place to take in some amazing views of the gulf! We had an issue with the wifi upon arrival, but a maintenance person was promptly sent out and it was taken care of! I would definitely stay here again!

The property has a great location with a beautiful view & walking distance to the beach, however, that's the only good thing. The patio furniture is broken, there was hair in one of the showers, there were huge cockroaches, the front windows alongside the front door are cracked. We only stayed 1 night & left.

This is our second year staying at this property and we love it! We have four couples who took a long weekend to enjoy the beach and nearby fishing. This house is perfect for couples because every bedroom has a private bathroom. Amazing views of the water from the house and it’s just a quick walk to the boardwalk and you are right on the beach. Great location and great house!!!

We had a short weekend stay. Loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. The porches were awesome. But the den furniture was old and uncomfortable.

Very comfortable and convenient to the beach and town, yet not "in" town. Happy with the wide carpeted stairs, and baby gate available for use upstairs. Pool was clean and not overcrowded. Great to have bathrooms for each bedroom. AC stayed cold and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen utensils. Beds could use some foam mattress toppers, they are worth every penny to invest in, since the mattresses were kinda hard, but we still slept well. Thank you for having us all.

My family has stayed at this house twice. It has been perfect both times. Very clean, awesome location, love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. We will definitely come back if the family doesn't outgrow it in the future!

Love the place and would definitely stay here again! The unit advertised as sleeping twelve(12). The three hide-a-beds were broken and should not be advertised as six (6) places to sleep. We bought three air mattresses the first night. The tv’s would not work ( two days to fix). Turned out to be an unplugged amplifier In the downstairs bedroom. Killed numerous large roaches. The fan in one of the upstairs bedrooms Is in terrible shape and needs replacing. Numerous light bulbs are burnt out. Outside water hose at the side of house needs replacing, full of holes.

We enjoyed the view of the beach from the house as well as the short walk to the beach. Keyless easy access entry was great. Wonderful updated kitchen!! Spacious and comfortable. Could use a new mattress in the master bedroom. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
