Comfortable, clean and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed and very comfortable. Check in was a breeze. This condo is the cleanest VRBO we have booked. Newly remodeled, new and comfortable furniture and beds.

Sandfest 2025 Getaway

This little villa is perfect for two people. Easy to get to and so quiet. The villas are arranged in a horseshoe shape with the saltwater pool in the center of the horseshoe. The villa was extremely clean and contained all the basics needed for our two day stay. This is purely rental property so it is not stocked with spices, coffee, extra kitchen towels, etc. Kitchen utensils and cookware are adequate but not in abundance. I would highly recommend this property and when returning to Port A, we will rent again. Jacinda, the property owner, is the nicest and most accommodating person I have ever delt with via VRBO.

Best dog-friendly stay in Port A!

We have always enjoyed our stays at Shadow Palm and now our friends come too. The property is so well-maintained and quiet and the location is close to shops and restaurants. The management is quick to respond and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean condo but no easy access to Beach

Condo is newly renovated, spacious with a unique layout. Very comfortable bed. Only downside is it is extremely difficult to get to the beach and the beach is full of seaweed and sand is dirty looking. Very different from the other side of the Gulf

Love Shadow Palm Villas!

This is our 4th time staying here and we love it! It’s perfect for my hubby, puppy and me! Definitely recommend if you’re looking to relax in a clean, well-stocked and accommodating rental!

Nicely Updated, Cute Stay

The villas are quiet and peaceful (at least in November!) and the unit has a great layout with nice updates. Minimal wear and tear, quality appliances (even the on-site laundry) and easy parking. The property grounds need some attention (broken lighting/unclean pool/dog poo in grassy/rocky areas) but that’s not specific to the unit itself. One major disappointment was that it’s a good 2 miles from the indicated location on VRBO. It’s 2 miles from Fisherman’s Wharf/Beach St., and the site showed it as smack dab in the restaurant/shopping area. Only things walkable really are the beach (awesome!), Kody’s and Dollar General. Despite the misleading location on the site, we had a nice relaxing stay.

Perfect Spot

This cute villa style property has everything you need for a fun time at the beach. Great pool, easy access to in town entertainment, and very close to the beach. Totally recommend if you want a cute, clean, and cozy place to rest your head between days at the beach!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the shadow palm. The property and villa were in a great location, were very clean and had everything you would need. We especially enjoyed that this property was pet friendly. I would definitely recommend the shadow palm.

Wonderful stay in Port A!

This cute little home has everything you would need. It was clean, comfortable, and love that it was also pet friendly! The area was also great. We didn’t walk to the beach but it was only a 2-3 minute ride on our golf cart rental. Having the pool was also a nice bonus and noise was never an issue. Would highly recommend!

Villa was great and clean. Everything inside as expected.

There were only a few downsides. The trash must not have run and the dumpster was overflowing. Our parking was right next to it, so that made for a smelly experience. The landscaping also looks like is suffered greatly from the freeze earlier this year but we can’t wait to see it all back to normal.

Great Port Aransas getaway!

We stayed at the Shadow Palms for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience . Villa #8 was Super clean and welcoming. It had everything you need to cook, and relax. The villa is beautiful with a modern, beach vibe. We worried about noise from the pool, but it was not a problem at all. The walk to the beach is only about 8-9 minutes. Would definitely go back.
