Great House

We enjoyed our stay at Tickle My FanSea. The pool was exceptional! We chose to have the pool heated. It warmed quickly and made the cooler weather much more enjoyable! We would definitely stay here again!!

Great property and location

The house is a great location, very nicely decorated, and great value when including the golf cart. The house was spacious for 8 of us, well stocked kitchen and the bedrooms were a good size. It is only a block from the beach. Only a few small issues like broken garbage disposal, no trash bags, thermostat was out of batteries. We did communicate with the property manager about this and were told they would be by to fix the items but no one ever came to fix…even though they came by to turn on pool heater for an extra charge. Overall, we had a good experience and we would definitely stay there again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had an awesome stay- beautiful home in a great location. The house had just about everything we needed, including crib for baby! Having the beach gear and golf cart included was fabulous. Can’t wait to come back!

The property, layout and location are amazing. We had some issues that we felt hindered the stay. The pool was so hot it was unusable. We had also called and asked maintenance to come clean the pool on day 1 and it was never addressed. We had issues with bathrooms draining properly but maintenance did address those issues after 24 hours.

Wonderful Stay

Original communication was extremely accurate and timely. Check in was a breeze. House's exactly as described and very clean. Kitchen is well appointed and bedrooms are large and comfortable. Swimming pool and ground floor hang out or extremely nice. House is a very quick trip to the beach.

Relaxing pool

Good stay. We went during the off season, so main road wasn't as busy which was good. Pool was nice and relaxing. Customer service with Life in Paradise was quick and accessible. Only minor, but property was missing trash bags and would have liked the shower liner changed in the back bathroom before our stay.

Great Place to stay

We have always stayed in the mustang island. First time we have stayed in town. The unit was close to everything. And the access to the cart was just icing on the cake. If I had any cons, it would be the bunk room needs a fan. And railings need some attention.

The property was very comfortable and had plenty of beach towels. It was great having a golf cart!

Overall, our group was content. Pool was enjoyable & beds comfortable. Guest in bunk bed room did not get enough cool A/C- no ceiling fan. Perhaps add a floor fan in there. Thanks!

Family vacation

We had an amazing stay at Tickle My Fansea! The home was a perfect size for 3 families(6 adults, a 16 year old, 4year old, 3year old, & 2 babies under 1 year). The pool was great & there was a lot of room to hang out outside! The home was clean & property management was very responsive. Highly recommend this beach house for your next Port Aransas vacation!

Loved "Tickle My FanSea"

Loved it! Owners thought of everything. Beautiful decor, very organized, well stocked, plenty of parking. The private pool was a real hit especially in the evenings after a day at the beach. Really enjoyed the porch overlooking 11th street with the nice breeze. It was great for people watching. The only negative was not getting local television channels. There might have been a way to do it but we never figured it out.

Great location & house!

We had such a wonderful time staying together as a family at this house! Everyone had plenty of space to spread out (our daughter loved sleeping in all the different bunk beds every night!) and everyone had their own bathroom. The pool was a great thing to have at the house when we got home from the beach and wanted to relax outside. The only problem we ran into was the umbrella broken that could have provided shade for the pool in the evening, and an occasional issue with getting ice from the ice maker, but the host sent someone out to quickly fix it! We’ve already been talking about booking another stay together next year!

Port A with the family

The house and pool area are as advertised. The house was super clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. The layout of the house gives everyone (our party of 7) plenty of room. We were traveling with a 4 and 5 year old, so we were pleased that the pool was secured for safety. Our only real complaint, was the pool was dirty and cloudy and the large umbrella lay broken in the grass when we arrived. It was cleaned and shocked the next day. As advertised, it is wise to cool the pool. It was probably in the 90 degree range upon arrival, the cooling is worth the extra money.

Awesome stay in Port A

This place was perfect! Super clean, beautiful and functional! Location was great; close to the action, but not too close (still felt safe like a neighborhood), easy access to the beach. Golf cart is a must to get the full Island vibe. It made the trip really fun for my 18 and 15 year old sons. Loved the pool!

Best rental on the island!

The property is everything listed on the website plus more! It was very comfortable for 3 families with children under the age of 4. The pool was awesome and enjoyed by our little ones. The property was very close to the beach. This home provided entertainment for all ages in our group.

We had such a great beach getaway. I know we went for the beach, but I think our littles LOVED the pool more! The house was fully stocked and SUPER clean! The extra towels, shampoo/body wash/dish soap, and the kid’s toys to keep them busy during downtime were so appreciated. Everything was perfect! The only thing we lacked was a grill spatula, but we made it work! Thank you for a great experience 🖤
