This was a great place to stay for our family. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Only issue was dishwasher was broke. But no big deal as we washed by hand. We will stay again!

The location of the condos in general was great and close to the beach. Nice that it had a hose out front to wash the sand off. The downstairs master didnt have its own bathroom but that was ok. Overall it was a nice condo, but the pool noise (kids screaming) was a little much late at night. Had to turn the TV volume up loudly to drown it out. That is solely the parents fault, but I still had to hear it and am only sharing in case you prefer a more quiet spot. Otherwise everything else was good.

Be careful booking

This was for a family vacation where we were meeting another big group at same complex. Booked this unit specifically for access to pool. Was only informed 3 days prior that pool would be closed due to construction. This left our entire group with no option to change anything (surely the mgmt company knew about a complete resurfacing of the pool prior to 3 days before it happening). We went and tried to have a good attitude as there is another smaller pool on property a short walk away. However there was unhealthy dust flying everywhere as we walked in and out that got in our eyes and lungs I’m sure as well as onto the patio and balcony of the unit (so we couldn’t use). There was an empty beer can in one of bedrooms behind furniture and a piece of metal on the floor (crawling baby could’ve choked on). Otherwise condo was just ok. Don’t think I would book here again especially due to vacasa response when we asked for partial refund due to not getting what we paid for (unit with immediate pool access), they wouldn’t even allow us to check out 1 hour later at 11am.

New FAVORITE spot

Fantastic location! The pool is beautiful and right out the front door! The patio or second floor balcony are great places to relax in the evenings and listen to the water fall over the pool. The beach is just a few minute drive around the corner. The water was great and when we walked down the jetty we saw sea turtles and fish swimming. The bedrooms were very comfy and our daughter especially loved the bunk beds. The kitchen was great and all the decor and finishes were very nice. We have always shared this location with family and friends and we will for sure be back to enjoy it again.

Nicely updated. All supplies for cooking and beach trips. One bedroom up and one down. Two blocks from the beach. Nice pool and complex is well maintained.

Good location

Everything was just as described. It is a great location. The minor issues were a few dirty bowls in cabinet and some things weren’t wiped clean. The major issue we had was that the dryer wasn’t working. I didn’t get any updates about my request to fix it unless I texted or called. Even then, it was not fixed when we left. I understand things happen but better communication would help. I didn’t get feedback when I sent my concerns after the trip either. Other than that, it’s a nice place. I did like that the porch and balcony were right across the pool so we could sit out and watch my daughter and grandkids in the pool.

Summer Gateway with Kids

Primarily with 2 small kids we were looking for beach front (not in the beach) within walkable distance and with swimming pool as must option. All the requirements are met with this property, smooth check-in, check-out process and pool was just infront. It was Awesome, short, sweet and memorable one for all of us. Will love to re-visit again in future.

Best beach vacation yet!

We loved our stay in Corpus Christi. Though we've vacationed in a smaller condo in the passed in this complex, our family of five really enjoyed this much larger and accommodating unit. It was well worth the cost. Peace of mind was priceless. Oh and yes, we did enjoy the beach!

Dirty and grimy

This place needs to be actually cleaned. There’s no way it was cleaned with cleaner or soap on any of the surfaces. Which is completely concerning considering we are in a global pandemic (COVID cleaning precautions were not used). Dusted, sure. Swept, not very thoroughly. The counters were grimy and every surface had a cloudy, sticky sheen to it. Even pictures hanging on the walls. It was so gross. I felt like I had to wash my hands after turning on a lamp, but the bedside lamp downstairs could not be plugged in because the plug prongs were warped. Several other lights throughout were burnt out, like the upstairs vanity light had one out of four bulbs working. There was a bag of laundry pods in the dishwasher detergent bag. Hopefully it’s okay to eat off of dishes cleaned with laundry detergent. The silverware drawer had dried bits of food in it. The downstairs bathroom soap dispenser was empty. There was black fuzz all over the sheets, which was odd because there wasn’t anything in the unit that was black. The refrigerator was the loudest refrigerator on earth. It sounded like it had squirrels running around in it, which was great because it’s right around the corner from the downstairs bedroom. The unit also has woodlouses all over the main floor. Just totally gross, so disappointing. We’ve stayed at this complex before, and this unit is just total garbage compared to the others. I don’t recommend renting with TurnKey here at all. Blech, I was so happy to go home.

Island Family Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family of five! So much room for us to spread out, cook and eat meals, watch movies on the most comfortable sectional couch, swim in the big heated pool right outside the door, hang out on the patio and balcony, and of course walk to the beach! The condo was shocked with plenty of blankets, pillows, towels, dishes, and even a washer and dryer. It's a beautiful place for a great price. We will definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations

This is a wonderful gem perfectly located very close to a beach . The apartment was very clean . It was right next to a heated pool . The beds were very comfortable too . This house exceeded my expectations . The pictures don’t do justice to how charming this place was in person and pool was amazing too

Great Family Get Away

Great location for the beach with a pool right out your front door. The condo was very clean and had plenty of sleeping accommodations for a family of eight.
