Property was very clean and comfortable. Home is lovely with a beach vibe. Host was very accommodating. Throughly enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool. Lots of space for outdoor BBQing. Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping. We will definitely rent this property again!

Great time hanging out in Rockport! Our 8 and 9 year old enjoyed the heated pool as dad BBQ’ed while watching bowl games on the outside tv. Short drive to beaches, birding, and relaxation!

Great location and our hosts were amazing!

Overall the house was great and spacious for everyone. The covered pool was great as it helped keep us from dehydration from the sun. 😬 The only suggestion would be to look into the AC as one side of the house was freezing while the other was hot.

Paradise!!!

We enjoyed the pool and back yard area around the pool! Great location close to restaurants and shopping. Inside was great ! Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was amazing with everything you would need. We had a wonderful time at 2-Ten Paradise!👍😊

A Tiny Piece of Paradise

Had some hiccups with the pool being heated when we arrived. but it was handled promptly, and we were able to enjoy the pool a few times while we were there. Our family really enjoyed the comfortable, and relaxing , atmosphere this property provided. The guests hosts were amazing, and easy to communicate with. Our daughter took her best friend, and they stayed in the Casita. They thoroughly enjoyed having a space of their own, and it was set up perfectly for them. We enjoyed shopping in Rockport, visiting the Maritime Museum, Fulton Pier, and Rockport Beach. We hope to return again during warmer temperatures. It was a great Christmas getaway for our family. Thank you!

Awesome amenities

We held our family reunion in Rockport over the 4th weekend. It was so much fun hanging out in the covered pool. The little kids didn't have to wear sunscreen and they loved that. The house was immaculate. Perfect place for a family with small children who can sleep in the "closeted" bunk bed room. The casita is funky with only a curtain around the toilet, but fine for one person. All the beds were reported to be comfortable. It is so cute. Great beach decorations and ample parking. Plenty of linens and beach towels. The kitchen has wonderful cooking utensils and a big boiling pot. I can't say enough good things about it. We had a wonderful time.

Great place for family vacation with lots of privacy. Pets allowed was a big plus.

We had an awesome time during our mini-vacation. The two grandkids loved, loved, loved the pool! We enjoyed it too, but not as much as they did. The TV outside was a big hit!! The house was fully equipped with everything you needed and more. Convenient to the fishing pier and playground. It was very private, and even had a good chat with the next door neighbor :) The casita was nice as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice family place to vacation to. We will definitely keep this home on our list for future use.

Clean, well stocked home with an amazing outdoor space.

We had such a great time at this property, my 2.5 year old son is still talking about the pool! We traveled with family to celebrate my daughter's first birthday and the home had everything we needed except a pack and play and highchair. The house was very clean and well maintained, the kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the outdoor space was absolutely beautiful. We spent a lot of time playing in the pool and hanging out outside. Lots of outdoor seating and the outdoor TV were appreciated. Pool toys and beach towels were provided as well. The home in within walking distance to restaurants, the pier and playground in Fulton and was a short drive to Rockport beach. We never needed anything while on our trip, but the property management is very reaponsive. Comms come in from several people and places, so it can be a but confusing to keep track of where to access what info. Overall it was an amazing experience and we highly recommended staying here!
