This is our second time at this property. We were there 2 years ago and the place was nearly the same. The property was kept up well and showed no signs of going down in any way. We had a truck for the beach so the no golf carts due to the location wasn’t a problem. The property would be 5 stars all day. I had only a problem with no iron or ironing board as advertised. We had an event to attend that required the use of an iron and ironing board or we would have never known.It was in the evening when we checked in and discovered this problem and I made a call to the management company.They were closed and said they would come first thing in the morning and they did. So they follow up and take care of business. A brand new ironing board and iron showed up at 9am when their offices opened up.The big questions I always look for in a review are was the product worth the price and would you do it again. The answer is YES! and YES! We will be back and we will book this property again if available.

Great stay!! Loved the house!! Only one comment. We are 5 with 3 boys 21, 17 and 13. Listing saud sleeps 8. However there were only 3 beds. Bunks or a roll away would have been great. However we lived the hoyse and miss it already. Will book again!!!

Family Fun and Relaxation

We visited Port Aransas for Spring Break and rented this home after reading reviews. The home was clean and well organized with all the items you could need for a four day stay. It was very close to the beach and the main area of Port A. Would definitely stay here again as the community was very quiet and allowed us to enjoy family time without the spring break parties.

Amazing

Went down to fish but the place was so nice ended up just sitting on the porch and relaxing. We did fish but didn’t plan on spending that much time at the property. Would absolutely stay there again.

Beach vacation

We had a great time staying at this house that was located minutes from the beach. Perfect neighborhood that we were able to take evening walks in with our children. Very nice pool. Only feedback is wish the description of the place was a little more detailed (would have liked to know they had a keurig and not just a coffee maker).

A Family Fit

Great property. Very convenient outdoor shower and water hoses to clean off the beach sand. Description didn’t say there was a grill but there is a very useful and nicer gas grill. Interior was bright and beachy. Loved the lifeguard style chairs on both decks. Kitchen was well equipped and I loved that they had a gas stove. We stayed 8 nights and it felt like home. We will be back!

Paradise Vibes indeed!

The accommodations were outstanding. The property was well stocked with all that we needed. A few more umbrellas at the community pool would have been nice. Thank you. We'll be looking for this same property next year. Two other families rated our rental higher than their own and want to join us in neighboring rentals next summer. Can't wait for next year.

Paradise Pointe

This neighborhood is a calm escape close to everything we love about Port A. We had a 2 year old grandson who loved to bike around “the lake”. The neighborhood pool was wonderful. There was very little traffic in the area which felt safe. The home is extremely clean and bright. Awesome outdoor table overlooking a central lake was a favorite spot for card games and cocktails. Beds were very comfortable. We will put this home at the top of our list to rent again.

Nice house near the beach

This house had everything we needed - It was spacious and very clean and comfortable. The decor is beautiful and each room was as comfortable as being at home. The pool is a close walk and we used it several times. The beach is also near. We would def recommend this rental and stay again.

Beautiful property

Our overall experience was great! It was a beautiful property and easy to access and get to. For a group of 4 it was perfect for us. The only downside was having to wait until exactly 4 to check in. It was raining really bad the day we got in so we couldn’t enjoy the beach and we’re ready to get settled in so the wait wasn’t to much fun with bad weather. Also the gas was turned off and we noticed the next morning when we went to cook breakfast, upon contacting the property manager it was resolved within 2 hours or so once we reported it. Besides those two small hiccups we loved this house and will come back to stay again. Perfect weekend beach getaway with all the comforts of home.

Absolutely Beautiful Beach House

Very clean, light, perfect beach house. Despite the foul weather, our stay was very comfortable and relaxing. Only negative for a shorty is the very high master bed. But once up there, very comfy! Definately putting this on the visit again last.
