Couldn’t check in for almost three hours after check in time at 4 pm. So it was almost 7 pm before we were allowed into the property. Poor communication with property management/owner. Originally offered late check out with no requirement of choosing that option on a time line and then when I chose late check out, was refused the option and said there was a time limit to select. Property was not well kept. Kitchen items for cooking were slim to none. Parking is a joke. With spaces so small you can barely get in and out of vehicle when someone parks in the space next to you. No dumpster accessible on property so no way to dispose of any trash. No extra trash bags provided and that was not stated in the listing. Didn’t find dish scrubber until second day of stay. Very unorganized property. Do not stay here if you want a nice stay!

A nice change of pace.

We came to enjoy spring break but still had to do a little work. The accommodations were perfect for our situation! Worked during the day and enjoyed the view and location once work was done. Close to the beach, the pool was nice and the overall location was quite quiet and relaxing. Nice location to many food spots as well. Clean place and very comfortable.

Beautiful place and great location

Property is lovely within a few steps to the swimming pool and only a few blocks to the beach by car. The place is nice , but a few things could be improved. First there was a wasp nest under the porch that did not get taken Care of after several notifications. There needs to be a few blankets in the condo. There was none. Coffee maker and toaster did work. After dig around we did find another coffee maker In the cabinet. There were not enough forks. Lots of silverware but only 4 forks and only one trash bag. No replacements. So I would suggest to upgrade some of these things. Not sure I would rent this unit again because of that. We’ve stayed there for going on 15 years and other units are better equipped.

Was suppose to be a relaxing mini vacay and was not.

Stayed in March was promised a credit due to issues with the stay, had to pay out of pocket for items that were stated on the listing in the home but did not have. I have now made several calls to VRBO and Vacasa and each is pointing fingers regarding the credit. Just a little food for thought DO NOT PROMISE A CREDIT AND NOT ISSUE and not expect a horrible review!!!

Over priced for what it is

Kitchen was not properly stocked especially for the high per day rate. Ridiculous profiteering. Some dishes and pots were not clean. Perm resident harassed us a few of the nights we were there with special made up Karen rules. Parking is horrible. Cheap reno hardware. The pool was nice but we went for fishing and beach. We will not stay at this property again.

Great stay!

Had a great stay here! Property was clean. Secondary bedroom has room for a pack n play (wasn't sure it would fit from pictures). Pool is great for small kids, lots of shallow sections to play in. Would love to stay at this complex and unit again! Only minus is that the property is run by Vacasa, they sent out a very general check-in email, telling the code to use on the lockbox and very specific lockbox instructions. Turns out that it was actually the code for the keypad on the front door and we wasted 10 frustrating minutes trying to get into the lockboxes (after calling, learned lockboxes are for when there are issues with the front door keypad).

Cozy Condo on the Island

Clean, well maintained, and furnished for a few days stay. Will stay again if in the area. All common ground areas are well maintained. Literally a block and half at most from beach access.

The stay was wonderful we will stay again.

Our stay was great! Loved it all. The only thing I was disappointed about is that I received an email stating we could extend our stay for $37 and we had to decide before 6 pm on Saturday. I tried to extend it at 5 pm and I was told someone booked it for Sunday. I don’t think those emails should be offered if your not going to follow through. Email clearly said I had until 6 pm to make a descision.

We had such a wonderful stay at this condo! Great location just down the street from the beach and the pool just outside your door is perfect for kids of all ages. Everything was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation!!!!

The property had the best pool for my family.it has 3 sections that accommodated my 9 month old my 5 yr old nephew and adults the condo was absolutely amazing we were right in front of the pool we were just about a minute from the ocean it was just such an amazing first family vacation to the beach I recommend you go and enjoy it for yourself you will not be disappointed the only disappointment I had was that we were charged full priced for Monday but couldn’t check in till 4pm.there was no early check in or anything.driving 7 hrs and having a 9 month old and 5 yr old it wasn’t the best Monday but wasn’t the worst we made the best of it till we could check in.dont think it is very professional to charge full price for a day that you can’t use till all day
