Perfect house for a big group of people. House floor plan is laid out great and there’s separation between adults and kids between the upstairs and downstairs which is nice! I’ll be renting this place again for sure.

The property was perfect for my little dog. Because we had all the family there, we lack on parking in the driveway.Understandable. Rooms were clean, only wish we had more towels available and extra blankets. It got cold one night. Other than the 3 bulbs out in the master bath and two in the guest bath out, everything was fine.

The cleanliness of the place was beyond disappointing. The bedding didn’t smell as though it had been washed, and we found a closet full of sheets meshed in piles, so we just left them alone. We wiped down the toilets and sinks with our own disinfectant wipes, and we're glad we did because they were filthy. The ceiling fans were caked with dust, and the shower curtains were colored with soap scum, as if they hadn’t been changed in months. There was black mold on the light fixture in the kitchen, and the coffee mugs were dirty, along with all the other items we used for cooking. Bugs? Downstairs was the worst; there were dead roaches and insects, which we looked past; however, there were massive tree roaches that came out on both nights. A lot. Some were flying in the downstairs living spaces and the shower(s). Some roaches were even found crawling out of our luggage. However, there were plenty of dead roaches upstairs as well. The description of the rooms was also inadequate, as we had two children sleeping downstairs, and we were glad we had a monitor because the floor plan wasn’t clearly explained. In addition, it was noted there was a BBQ grill; however, half of it was rotted with no grate for coal and only half a grate to grill, which is a problem when you’re grilling for 9 people. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely dissatisfied, we came home and washed not only our dirty laundry but our clean items as well.

Great stay - may need updates to small things

We really enjoyed our stay! The house suited us well. There were a couple things that were broken (bed post, laundry room door, etc) but did not affect anything. The down stairs bathrooms have some pretty big step ups into the shower/bathroom which was tough for our elderly family member but figured that out! The location is nice and quiet too!

Amazing Vacay

We came here for a new years vacay to bring in 2025. The overall experience was great, the hospitality and communication the owner provided was amazing. The property is beautiful and big enough to be comfortable with a bigger family. The location is convenient for everywhere you need to go.We hope to stay here again in the future!

Good for multiple families

The property is conveniently located in the middle of town but you’d never know- it’s somehow very quiet. Plenty of space for 3-4 vehicles to park comfortably. We maxed out the occupancy with three families but there was plenty of space for hanging out and playing. The sleeping spaces for adults were a little difficult to configure but it works fine for three pairs of adults plus kids.

Our bachelor party

This day was awesome. The house was at a great location. The homeowner was a very sweet lady. The only issue I had with this home is there was an apartment attached to the house we rented with the same address... This confused acouple guessed and walked in on a couple in the living room. I was not informed I would be staying in the duplex. So if you're staying in this home and you plan on having a good time into the night, just know, the neighbors will complain

We will be back!

There were 13 of us (family & friends) that stayed at this spacious house. We loved having the split level lodging, 2 kitchens, plenty of bathrooms, and took full advantage of the game room. The owner was great to work with and the check in/out procedures were simple. We felt comfortable going for walks and jogs around the neighborhood each morning and enjoyed walking to eat a couple of times. We will be booking here again on our next trip to Port A!

Adult Vacation

What a great house. We can not express how great of a house this is. We do our Our Adult only Vacation yearly and this was by far the best house we’ve rented. So spacious for 5 couples, we can’t wait to come back and bring our kids to enjoy the house. The beds and sofas are so comfortable and is a perfect location to explore Port A. The hostess is wonderful and kept us well informed. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We booked this property for a large group of 12 that we’re going on a charter fishing trip. The house was only a few blocks from the dock making it very convenient to walk to the dock the morning of the trip. The house was plenty large enough to accommodate our group and it had a perfect layout with a gameroom, bedrooms, living area and small kitchen downstairs for those “night owls”, and a large kitchen living area, and additional bedrooms upstairs for those of us who prefer to hit the sack a bit earlier. The house was very clean and the owner did a great job communicating and responding to any questions. They were also nice enough to extend our stay when our trip got postponed at the last minute due to weather. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

PERFECT for large groups

This house was perfect for what we wanted. Super nice and clean and plenty of beds to house multiple families. The location was great too. 2-4 min. Golf cart ride to the store and 5 or less to the beach! Will def be staying here again.

Best New Year!
