Our family booked this property to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 70th birthday. The house was great! The elevator was so helpful & ideal to have in a multi-level house. The pool was very enjoyable & we used the huge dining table for games & mealtimes. We would recommend this property to others. Management was very responsive & was able to allow access to the property a few hours earlier which was great.

Our first time using VRBO and it was a great experience. Lots of Wow with the home and we all had a nice time enjoying our stay. Only 2 hiccups which was the pool and fridge not clean. Other than that the place was very comfortable, clean, accommodating and impeccable taste in decor, linens, and functionality. We'd love to stay there again next year. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Port Aransas Family Vacation

This was a beautiful house with plenty of room for our multi-generational family. We all loved the pool! Our grandsons (ages 5 and 10) really liked the bunk room. The adults appreciated the 3 king beds. The elevator was so convenient especially when going from the 1st floor to the 3rd floor kitchen and living room, despite hearing loud intermittent hums during the night. Also the door handle on the 2nd floor was loose and came off when pulling the door closed while getting on the elevator. The main complaint was that the listing said it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach which was totally false. We could see a walkover close by but we couldn’t use it since it was for a neighboring community. I called the company number and was told that we would need to drive to the beach and we would have to purchase a parking pass from a convenience store. That was a disappointment! Overall we enjoyed the house and the pool but we were bummed about no beach access from the house. K&J Anderson

The property is not as described, There is no beach access and no 3 minute walk to Holiday Beach. (I was told afterwards that there is no Holiday Beach in Port Aransas.) The house is nice but if you do drive your car or rent a golf cart, be prepared to stay all day - this beach is so busy in July your parking space will vanish if you ever dared move you car. I contacted the host who said there is nothing they can do to correct the misinformation on the VRBO website. I’m trying to work with VRBO to get beach access issue that changed, but it’s proving to be very difficult.

The place is great except the listed location

The place itself is amazing — very modern, spacious, and perfect for a large family. We had a great time staying at the house and really appreciated the comfort and setup.There were two things I wish had been better. First, the kitchen didn’t have any spices for cooking — not even the basics like salt and pepper. It would’ve been nice to have a few essentials provided.Second, and more importantly, the listing mentioned the house was just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which was a major reason I booked it. In reality, the walk took about 18–25 minutes because there’s no direct access — we had to go all the way around to get there. Since I was counting on easy beach access, I didn’t rent a golf cart, and that made things a bit inconvenient. I really wish the listing had been more accurate about the location and access.Other than that, everything else was wonderful, and we truly enjoyed our time at the house.

great family get-away

comfortable, clean house that met our needs. kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. great floor plan, comfortable beds, good location - great views of the ocean especially from the rooftop deck. 1/2 mile drive to the beach - no walking access to the beach - not a big deal though. Pool was convenient - but could have been cleaner - a lot of debris and sand. pool cleaning service came by toward end of our stay but left sand in the pool. clothes dryer didn't seem to dry clothes very well.

Beach weekend

This is the perfect house for a large family or group. There were 7 adults and one toddler and we all had enough room to spread out. House might be a problem for people who can’t handle climbing stairs but there is an elevator although not all areas are accessible unless by stairs. The kitchen is fully stocked so no need to bring anything except for food. Master bed sheets didn’t quite fit but we made it work. House decor is lovely and the furniture very comfortable and we loved having our own pool. Beach is a long walk away so you will need a golf cart or vehicle to get there, easy drive there though!

Great location, great service.

The property was just as described. Very nice and clean inside. Having a pool was great. Very close to the beach. Definitely get a golf cart rental to keep your car sand free and to make bringing gear to the beach easy. There was an initial issue with the AC and the management company bent over backwards to get it fixed. The only downside was no beach or pool towels. I bought a couple cheap ones at the store. Overall, a great experience!

Short and terrible stay

Zero response to questions with property. No parking passes provided. Washing machine was broken. Had to use another rental property to do our laundry. Elevator sometimes worked. When getting ready to leave for checkout we have delivery truck parked in front of our cars so we could. It leave They were delivering a new washer. Nobody informed of this delivery and the guys just walked in without asking. I hsd teenage boys taking showers when they just barged in . Also, dishes not work. Terrible stay.

Great Place for a Beach Stay

This house was setup nicely and had all the things you need to have a large group stay together. Beach towels on property would have been helpful, especially if you weren't driving and had to fly in. We had plenty of space and the decor was great!

Family Reunion

We had a great time! Loved the decor and the pool was perfect. The elevator was great for parents in their 70s and for moving in/checking out. Loved the rooftop deck with ocean views. Great sunrises and the ocean breeze/crashing wave sounds were great for after dark socializing. We rented golf carts for trips back and forth to the beach. There is no beach access, but we knew that before we made the reservation. The carts were fun and kept our vehicles free of sand. Rated 4 stars only because the dishwasher was unusable secondary to mold so we just kept it closed and hand washed. The bed sheets were the other reason for 4 stars. They were were not soft and were actually noisy when they rubbed against each other. They were like a lightweight, canvas tarp. Otherwise, the beds were very comfortable.

Very nice house.

Property was nice and clean. It rain the whole time we were there. Only things that were bad was serval windows leaked and the bottom floor back door water leaked in but the house and area was great.

Beautiful house

We were overall very happy with the house. It was clean and well stocked. We were very happy and comfortable for our stay! Our 1 disappointment was the neighborhood doesn’t have beach access which we took for granted we would have. We figured it’s so close it would be easily accessible. But sadly no. The pool however was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay!

Labor Day

Late Check in was challenging because address for office leads to wrong place on google and apple maps. I called and on call person gave me good directions. They told me I am not first person to have that issue. Would have been best to start with good directions instead of just address. The location of island walk neighborhood is challenging for beach access.. little more than a mile walk but you can park on port a beach. The house is in good shape and was ok clean. Dirty under the beds. Sheets and towels and such were clean. Pool is awesome. I would give a 5 if late check in was not so tough and if it had boardwalk or street beach access. Needs a very regular insect treatment alsk
