Loved the location! We could see the water from the roof deck (tall deck chairs would be the perfect addition up there) and if you are so inclined, the beach is within walking distance. We were pleasantly surprised by the elevator as I didn’t remember seeing that amenity when we booked. House was well stocked with everything we needed but would’ve liked to have a few more towels. This unit is directly across from the giant hot tubs which was super convenient. The kids also enjoyed the pickleball court. The covered parking for 4 was really nice as well.

This place was absolutely adorable . The elevator literally was amazing addition. Super clean, super family, friendly super great location, crockpot, toaster ice machine all the kitchen necessities that you needed were there. Pickle ball was cool! The pool was heated which was weird, lol The beds were nice, the property was well upkept, location- amazing! We had a minor issue with the freezer like over freezing and I called and just said hey you might want to fix this when we leave and they sent a maintenance guy over right away.The only thing was there was some ants here in there, but I think that’s just like a minor pest control issue. I would love to live there and definitely come back! 10/10

Beach condo

Overall it was a great stay. Covered parking and elevator a game changer. Location was great, just know the bar across the street plays some music but it wasn’t too late, maybe til 11. We enjoyed going outside upstairs to listen. Might help to know the first floor up has 3 bedrooms, a king, the bunk room and the very small loveseat room (which worked great for the baby and pack and play). The next floor up has another king bedroom, the living room and kitchen. My only complaint was the kitchen could use more supplies. Had to call to get a toaster ( but they brought one a few hours later), we made spaghetti but no colander/strainer, there are only 5 coffee cups, no beach towels (all other places we have stayed provided them) only large size dinner plates and no kids plates, cups or utensils. Other than that it was wonderful and would stay again.

Clean and Convenient

Great location, clean and comfortable. Elevator made groceries and luggage an easy haul. Garage shower also a great touch for sand removal. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent Spring Break

Enjoyed our stay. Place is nice, heated pool and hot tub was awesome this time of year. Great location, close to shops and beach. Elevator was a game changer.

Great place and close to the beach

Cute place close to the beach and all of the local shopping. We were there a week later than the normal spring break for Texas and it was wonderful. No waiting for much of anything. Small issues with a faucet, but was fixed the next day! Great communication with the management staff.

Port Aransas Getaway

Very comfortable and clean condo. Near the beach and convenient to town. The elevator was easy to use and allowed access for 86 year old mother in law.

Clean, close to everything!

This was our first stay in Port A, and we plan to come back and stay at this property. The place was spotless! The management firm responded to a couple of questions within minutes- A+ service. We felt like we left our home in North Texas and landed at our home in Port A! Also, the location is perfect-5 minute walk to the beach, a few minute drive to the stores - all so close. Can’t recommend this property enough. Enjoy!

Birthday R-R

This town home was just incredible. We were it’s first tenants, and owner gave us a note with an amazing bottle of wine. Best part ever was it had an Elevator which was excellent when we went grocery shopping. shopping, eating, walking Corner burger joint listening to music from our patio area. Overall rate this town home outstanding. We met owner outside, very kind couple. Owner mentioned each home will have its own private pool for this summer!!! Will definitely stay here again….
