The house itself is great and property management was responsive, and from that perspective it was 5 stars. However, there were a few issues we had that although not “major”, were just an inconvenience. There were 6 of us their for a bachelor party and only one of the trash cans had a trash bag in it and there were none at the property so we had to go buy more night #1. Pull out couch bed is advertised but there is no bedding anywhere for it. The two dish pods provided lasted until they didn’t and had to go purchase those aswell. There were also two washing machine pods but no dryer sheets. There were also WiFi issues but we were rarely at house so it didn’t bother us much.With that said, I’d happily stay here again as house is great and location is awesome- I’d just bring my own essentials.Outside of these

Family funfest

Nice ,clean, and had just about all needed for our group. We broke a wine glass and replaced it with two new glasses. We replaced ping pong balls. We did not put trash in the recycle container, someone left bags and a broken plastic item in the recycle container. We had a great time with the ping pong, shuffleboard and cornhole games.

Great place

The place was exactly what was described. Plenty of room for everyone and close to all that is needed. Only thing I could suggest is that it would have been nice to have some sort of oven mitt on the property. By no means was this a deal breaker in any way just suggestion. The home was fantastic and was enjoyed. We will definitely book it again on next trip

Disappointed

The house was very spacious, pretty and great location. It had everything we needed for our stay. Here is the downside. There were bees everywhere, including inside. We had to keep our shoes on the entire time we were there. The 3rd floor a/c broke on Friday and after a promise to get it fixed on Saturday, we came back to it not being fixed. I had to call again about 8pm and finally someone came out. The garage door opener broke the first night we were there. Again was told someone would come fix and it never happened. There was no way to secure the garage during our stay. On Saturday night, one of the bathtub faucets would not turn off so water flowed for almost 2 hours before a plumber could drive in from Corpus to fix. He arrived after 1130 pm. My son and his wife were bitten by fleas I. Their bed and one of the bathrooms. The water in the kitchen never got hot. At best it was warm. I had to boil water on the stove in order to wash dishes as the dishwasher kept cutting off mid cycle. We paid over $2k and never expected these issues. While the place was very pretty and clean when we arrived, we would not rent again if we came back to Port A

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at this home! It had everything we needed for our large group of 12 adults. It was too hot for us to really enjoy the cool bar/game room area- but if there was some large fans in there we probably would’ve never gone upstairs! The location was perfect! Within a 5 min golf cart ride to literally anything! There is city parking nearby some of our group was able to park their extra vehicles for minimal cost.

Amazing weekend stay

We enjoyed this property for our annual summer trip. we had 10 adults & 3 kids which accommodated each couple to have there own room. The 5th bedroom is separate from the rest of the house which is perfect for a couple with kids because the couch pulls out to a couch and has its own mini kitchen as well up stairs. Great communication with property manager when we had some issues, they were fixed immediately. The outside shower is great to after a long day at the beach. The pool is perfect for the family to gather as well.

Cute house! Very accommodating for our family getaway! Loved that it had its one separate one bedroom apt above the main housing for the grandparents to getaway. I would recommend renting this cute and spacious house! Plus side was having a pool to go to after being in the ocean all day

This house is in a great location. Pool area was clean. House was clean in some areas and not clean in others. Plenty of utensils and cooking supplies. Wish there were more towels. Dryer did not work well and we had to dry towels on multiple cycles to get them to dry.

Perfect for our big group!

The house was clean, exactly as pictured, and in a great location. We had a large group and it fit all of us more than comfortably. The house was perfect to hang at with the game room and pool, but was also super close to the beach!
