House is in a good location. Nicely setup, well decorated, lots of comfortable beds. Big and spacious. But the overall cleanliness of the property was so bad it completely negates the rest of the property. We requested they reclean the property and they sent someone out for a touch-up, and it appears all they did was wipe the hair out of the shower. Also had a lot of roaches outside by the pool area and inside, dead and alive. We had to kill some on our own that we had to go buy. We will not be staying at any of this company’s properties again.

Had a great time. Wish there had been more bath towels as we had to launder daily with nine ppl. Lighting on back porch could be improved- hard to see anything especially the grill. Bed mattresses were good. Please add some baking sheets and vegetable peeler to kitchen.

Room for Improvement

Upon arrival we were told we could not enter the home until cleaning was done (which was a few minutes after check-in time). For 10 people we were only provided 4 rolls of toilet paper and no extra paper towels, so we had to go buy more for our 3 day stay. We also planned to cook there at the house, but the kitchen was lacking a few things such as ovenmits, colander, ladle, and some lids for the pots/pans in the kitchen. We were unable to use the dishwasher because it does not open fully.The size of the den was great, however, VERY hot. We were unable to turn on the fan to help cool it down. There are too many switches in the home, so it was confusing on how to turn on which fans/lights etc. There are also no lights in the dining room where we gathered to play board games at night. The location of the house was great and a quick buggy ride to the beach. The pool was AMAZING to come back to after a long day at the beach (the outdoor shower did not work) but we were able to rinse everything off with the hose. It is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our time there, however, there was some room for improvement. Thank you for a memorable stay for my family and I! :)

Overrall enjoyed our stay

Very nice pool, the grass was kind of high when we got there. We contacted the owner, they answered right away and had mowers come the very next day. Dog urine on bottom of sliding door curtains in master bedroom. Outlets hidden behind paintings in garage room. Overrall we enjoyed our stay!

House is nice. Bring a cookie sheet or foil for oven use. The cleaning company could do better though. Beds are on wooden slats which makes it tough on the back. Nice pool but backyard needed to be mowed.

Great space HUGE pool

Property is just as pictured very spacious. Pool is huge compared to most houses in port a. Great location close to beach access and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Loved the house, decor and location! This place was perfect for our family! It could use a few more items to cook such as pots pans baking sheets etc. Exceptional and timely communication with staff! We would stay here again!

50th Anniversary

My husband and our 2 children and their spouses and 2 great dogs spent Memorial Day Weekend 2025 at Aqua Surf. The house is lovely and very comfortable and the AC works very well!! The sheets and towels were very nice and the beds are comfortable.The kitchen is very well maintained, except I couldn’t find dishes that were appropriate for use in the oven. All of the appliances were very clean!! There were plenty of dishes, cups and forks and spoons for our party of 6.The backyard is beautiful and fenced, but there are stickers in the grass and our dogs were constantly getting stickers in their paws.The house was about a 1/2 mile walk from the beach and an easy walk. There was plenty of parking for our 3 cars and the neighbors were very quiet.The check in and out process was incredibly easy. This is a very comfortable property for large groups.

Loved our dog-friendly family stay!

Sparkly clean pool, fully fenced yard, nice cornhole setHad one maint issue and it was resolved promptly (extra points as it was fixed next day on a Saturday!)Large interior, single level so no stairsGolf cart town made it fun especially with beach nearbyVery minor issue was that we never could get the ice maker to work. Overall would highly recommend!!!

Great Family stay. 4.5 rating

Very nice home with much room and bedding. The garage has been converted to a large room with many beds and huge TV. Outdoor and pool are great and large back yard for our dogs. Entire house is very cool and comfortable.

Almost Perfect

Close to everything in Port A. Very nicely decorated. Very spacious. Could use a little more lighting. Hard to work on puzzle or play board games at night but we just brought a bedroom lamp to the table and it worked fine. We would most definitely stay here again.

swimming pool not illuminated and not heated.

Excellent place + Swimming pool and back patio do not have Light's you can not enjoy the the pool at night. Everything else is great.
