The home is beautifully furnished and decorated. The ground floor with its projection TV and bunks was a great space for our teens to hang out. Was an amazing stay overall.

Picked this home because we had a small dog and the location. The house was not for us. Was not clean. Roaches found everywhere, including a bed. No place to put groceries. Pots and Pans have seen better days. Had a great fridge tho! For the price, I expected cleaner and nicer. That has been our experience in the past with Cinnamon Shores.

The smell is horrible. I feel bad that the owners of this property are next to a large trash collection site. Haul it somewhere else. I’m sure it increases insects and rodents as it contains trash from pool food and beverage service.

The house was ALMOST everything we needed and more. However, the AC went out on the main level for the last two days. Someone came out and said they had to replace something, which didn't happen for the remainder of our stay. They did provide a window unit in the bedroom on the main level, which cooled off the bedroom. However, the kitchen and living room were essentially unusable due to the heat levels outside. I wish I could give the house great reviews, because other than the AC it was fine. In the summer heat though, AC is a basic necessity.

Family Reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: From the minute we arrived the exterior of the home was very impressive. The large driveway easily parked 3 cars. We loved the proximity to the beach entrance and exit ramps as well as the pool which was steps away. The layout of the home and the large kitchen were perfect for our group of 10. However, the home is in need of some deep cleaning and repairs. The minute we opened the door we could smell mold. I do realize being near the sea this is common, but there is mold growing on the inside of the 3rd floor bedroom windows. In the 3rd floor bathroom, master bathroom and first floor bathroom the towel fixtures were barely hanging onto the wall which made it difficult to replace the towels upon washing your hands. The master shower fixture is also pulled out of the tile making it hard to adjust the shower height. All of the rugs in the home were very stained and worn. The 3rd floor hot tub constantly drips making sitting on the 1st and 2nd decks impossible without being dripped on by moldy water. Mold can again be seen on the decks as well as the ceiling of the decks. Our biggest concern was that the home description stated it came with chairs, towels, umbrellas, and beach bags. None of these items were on the property. I called 2 weeks prior to our arrival to ask about how many of these items would be in the home and was assured since the home sleeps 13, 13 would be available. Cinnamon Shores offered to rent us chairs at the south location but the defeated the purpose of being with the rest of our party at the north location. No chairs were available at the north location since it was a holiday week. The 3rd floor AC and ice machine were not working when we arrived. A repairman was dispatched to the home and within 1 hour this was fixed. Each morning we found 1-2 roaches so this was concerning as well. This is a beautiful home, but needs a deep cleaning and an exterminator.

Wonderful Holiday Weekend

We had 4 families with young children in our party and it was the perfect layout with the 4 master suites and bunk beds. The house was spacious and front porch was our favorite place to hang out every morning and evening. The kitchen was well equipped with more than everything we needed. And the location couldn't be beat - next to the pool and across from beach access. Our only complaint was the water pressure in the bathrooms which was never remedied. However it didn't lessen our great experience!

It had plenty of room for everyone. It was located in a great spot by beach , pool and restaurant - however- it is a loud location. Trailer truck arrived at 7 on both days to deliver food in front of house to restaurant. Lots of busy golf carts early and late since house is right by beach exit. Slow internet. The house has pool table, hot tub and the most beautiful design ever !!! Gorgeous home and wonderful community.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location because it's right across from the boardwalk exit. However, the carport is right by the CBar's multiple trash can location. It smells bad and attracts lots of birds. They did do trash removal twice during our week's stay. The home itself was lovely and had everything we needed. The ample cold storage was a bonus, as was the elevator. A couple of the doors need repair, some windows need more shade (bedroom blackouts, kitchen late sun), the hot tub "not under the owner's management" was a disappointment (the repairman said, "this thing never works"), and being next to the swimming pool/bar it's very crowded with golf carts, sometimes encroaching on the driveway. That said, it was nice being right next to the pool regardless, especially since it wasn't as noisy as we thought it might be given how busy it was. We also enjoyed the projector/movie theater type set-up in the lower level. Overall we would stay here again if there was a better barrier between the nextdoor trash, shades in the kitchen so we don't have to improvise with foil, and better bird deterrent used at the house and also at the CBar.

2021 Cinnamon Shore Beach Trip

Reviewer Comments: It has become a family ritual to have a annual beach trip to Cinnamon Shores because it is so family oriented and the properties are all very nice. This year we had a larger than usual group due to my son's 40th birthday. The Apres Sea was perfect for entertaining this large group. There are so many ways to be entertained in this home. Besides the beach and pool being in very close proximity there is also a pool table, large table for group games, theater room and nintendo controller. Something for everyone. There is a hottub but it unfortunately it was not working, thus the 4 stars on the property condition question. Another plus was the large porches providing places for subgroup to congregate. The house was very comfortable and many nice decorating touches. The kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks with top of the line appliances. The elevator was appreciated for for loading and unloading and of course the kids thought it was awesome. Mike’s 60th Birthday Celebration

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental property was exactly what we needed. There are 4 king sized beds, which is rare, and a bunk area. The home is beautiful and right next door to the pool which was a plus. The only negative about the location is the noise level from people exiting the beach. We have visited Cinnamon Shore many times and it seemed the golf cart noise level and speed was very amped up this time.All in all we had a great time and wonderful celebration. We will be back!
