The cottage was great, property is very clean and quite. The loft height was a little shorter than assumed from the pictures, but great area for kids and teenagers.

Great little place, right in the middle

I booked this place super last minute for the 4th of July weekend. It’s a great location right in between Rockport and Aransas Pass, takes 10 min to get to either. Cutest little cul-de-sac with 6 total cottages on the property. Love that it was pet friendly. Might just be the time of year but mosquitoes were eating us up like a buffet when in the grass area. Definitely take bug repellent if you’re gonna hang outside. The cottage itself is just what you need nothing more, nothing less. This particular cabin #4 didn’t have any hand or dish soap so you’ll need to take your own and a trash bag b/c the only one is the small one in the bathroom. The only thing my teens mentioned was that the bed furthest from the a/c and fan didn’t get too much of the cool air when they slept but wasn’t bad enough to not make a reservation here again.

Peaceful Little Cottage

Very nice cottage that looks just like the pictures it was 5 little cottages in a circle with plenty of parking for cars and boat. Very quiet and peaceful and had a grill, picnic table, and 2 chairs on front porch. Close to Rockport and to Port Aransas. Halfway in between. Had everything you needed if you wanted to cook inside or out. Beds were very comfortable and TVs cable and WiFi. The couch makes out to a bed of you needed and the upstairs has 2 queen beds and we’re comfortable. FYI keep blinds closed when temps are hot or upstairs will be warm fir who ever is up there the first night I would stay there again!!

Really cute cottage! I would not recommend to family and friends. Suggestion: reflectors at entrance

Overall I would recommend any of the 5 cottages. Very clean and bed was very comfortable. Only suggestion is to add reflectors at driveway, difficult to see at night.

Back again

This was our second time staying in this tiny cottage community. This unit was just as clean and welcoming as the last one we stayed in. The property manager is helpful and responsive. It is in a good location, convenient to the ferry to Port Aransas, Rockport, restaurants and fishing. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay that's not too far from all this area has to offer, this is a good choice.

Family vaca

we arrived and were very happy with the property. The house is a perfect size and very comfortable. Not far from the beach and was an easy drive. We had a great time and will be back soon

Clean and comfy!

We really enjoyed our stay! We were able to spend time in Rockport, Port Aransas, and Corpus, and the location of this cabin made it easy to visit a variety of places rather than doing the same things every day. We had three adults and two dogs and felt like we had plenty of space. The beds were comfy, everything was clean, and the cabin had everything we needed. We would stay here again! Heads up that the GPS may not send you to the front entrance -- ours wanted us to go past the cabins and around the corner.

Roomier than expected

We only planned on staying a couple of nights so we weren't to concerned with the size of the cabin. There were 6 of us 5 adults, 1 nine year old and 2 small dogs. Surprisingly it wasn't terrible, it worked comfortably. The kitchen was full size and the beds were comfortable. The other plus was the cabin was very clean. Only suggestion is to maybe provide a large skillet and wine opener other than that we were very pleased and will difinitely book again if we are staying for a short trip.

Cabin new and midern. Works well for 2 to 3 adults. Heater remote control difficult to understand and regulate. Need better instructions.

Adorable Tiny Beach Cottage

To start Angela was easy to communicate with. That makes a huge difference when you’re staying at a place you’re not familiar with. The property itself was just too adorable for words. It was clean and actually extremely roomy. The only suggestion I would have is maybe provide extra blankets. My mom and niece said it got cold up in the loft. (Even when we upped the temperature.) For me personally that’s a great thing, but for cold natured folks I could see where a spare blanket would come in handy.

Very nice

This place was great, for it being considered a tiny house it didn't feel that small & there were 5 us, 3 being kids. We had a great time and everyone else who was there were very sweet. Angela was amazing and very quick to respond.

Great Fourth of July stay

The cottage was absolutely charming. Plenty of room for me, my husband and our pets. I loved the layout of the cottage. Thank you for an excellent experience. We will definitely stay again.

You guys got it right. Great location (centrally between Rockport and AP), clean and private. Dog friendly is a rare treat, I hope everyone makes sure their pets respect the property. Having a spot to park my large boat/trailer is so helpful. Thanks

Perfect except for one thing.

We really liked Maple Oak. The floor plan was nice. It has a king sized bed! The mattress was very comfortable. The fact that it has an actual kitchen is great, we were able to cook some meals. It was convenient to the kite festival we were there for. The only problem we had was that it had pet hair on the living room furniture and it smelled like dogs. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.
