Host answered any concerns promptly. Property was spacious enough for our large family. Both pools were nice. Lots of shade at one. Boardwalk to the beach was great for night strolls.

We loved everything about this home! It was very spacious and key for us was the top level bonus room where our grandkids had their own space! This home is perfect for our family and we will definitely be back next June to stay in this same home! We come to Port Aransas every year and have searched for a home exactly like this for years! Finally our search is over!

The home was very clean and accommodating. Very spacious and comfortable. Ten of us and we had plenty of room. It was furnished with everything that we needed throughout. The proximity to the beach was certainly a plus. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

We loved the home. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable for everyone in our party. A few minor repairs are needed which can easily be resolved. But it won't take away from us ever staying there again. Highly recommend this home!

The home was gorgeous, with everything you need. Beach is beautiful! Location was great, just across from one of the pristine pools in the community! Staff was super helpful! And owner responded immediately and was accommodating! We will definitely come back again!

The house was lovely well stocked lots of rooms The only issue we had was a couple of the TV remotes did not work. Called VACASA they said they would send someone to fix it but they never came Otherwise a wonderful proorty

Perfect for our family

We came with our two young children, siblings, and grandparents. The space was perfect for us. Majority of the beds at this home are on the third floor: one king, two queen bedroom, and the bunk beds. Everyone had enough space and we really enjoyed our stay. The view of the water from the third floor was wonderful!

Overall ok.. a few minor issues. The garbage disposal didn’t work, no hot water in bottom floor bath, outside furniture was broke, none of tvs worked. Also one of the stools in the kitchen is broke (side brace)

This is a great house

We were a family of six adults and three children under age 3. The bedrooms are very well equipped, as is the kitchen. We found everything in great working order. The living area was a little small for all of us (not much seating) but easily worked around through the ample kitchen seating and the outside porch. Take seriously the warning about the stairs. There are 15 stairs when you enter the house from the main floor and 18 stairs to the upper bedrooms on the third floor. If you have little ones or older ones with mobility issues, this may not be the development for you. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent this house again.

Beautiful Palmilla Resort Townhouse

The house is in a great location right across from the pool and not far from the crossover to the beach. This is a 3-story townhouse with bedrooms on all 3 floors. If stairs are an issue, then this may not be the house for you, but it wasn't a problem for us. We loved the multiple porches, and you can see the water from the 3rd floor porch. The beds are very comfortable with enough room and beds for 12. The house was very well stocked with any type of kitchen stuff you'd need along with starter stuff in all the bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and towels for the beach. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here again.

Pretty Home but Vacasa needs to stock the home with things needed for stay

Home is pretty, clean upon arrival, and great location to the pool. A great place to stay overall. Our complaint however is that the home is ill stocked by Vacasa. No laundry pods, one roll of toilet paper in the bathrooms, 4 garbage sacks, only roll of paper towels. Not a broom and dustpan or even a vacuum. No counter spray for disinfecting the kitchen, no laundry pods. When traveling to stay in a home we all felt it was just not stocked with supplies that you’d expect a home to have to help maintain the cleanliness and be comfortable while staying. Especially at the beach with sand and no way to get it off the floor. We really did enjoy our stay at the home but just wish we didn’t have to leave and go buy essential things expected in a short term rental stay.
