    Este lindo condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene capacidad para 6. (BR1-Queen; BR2- 2 gemelos); Sofá cama; Convenientemente ubicado cerca de la ciudad y está a 1/2 milla de la playa. Este condominio tiene un precio económico con un plan de piso abierto y un gran patio que da a la piscina compartida. El garaje es lo suficientemente grande para su barco y tiene estacionamiento para 2 autos. Se puede alquilar con 221A Las Palmas para un grupo más grande. (Se consideran mascotas pequeñas) No hay estacionamiento en la carretera.

    El condominio de Las Palmas es de 2 pisos con el garaje en la planta baja y todos los que viven arriba, arriba. El plan de piso abierto tiene muchos asientos en la sala de estar con TV, cable y Wi-Fi. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 5 y 2 taburetes en el bar adyacente. La cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para satisfacer sus necesidades de cocina. El armario de lavandería está escondido en el pasillo con una lavadora y secadora y estantes para sus detergentes. This place is perfect and centrally located. The place is clean, and I love the big garage, and the kids love the pool. We have stayed at these places every year we have gone to Port A, and we will continue to stay here.

Amazing location and amenities

Love the location. Checking in and out was a breeze. Loved the added beach gear voucher. Icing on the cake.

All blankets were covered in pet hair, unfolded, and stuffed in tops of closets. There was blood on the walls low to the ground (probably dog blood) blood on the shower curtain. The drain was full of hair, tub barely drained. Pet hair and stains of mustard or something on the sheets in the fold up couch sofa. Pet hair on everything. There was a layer of dust and dirt/sand underneath the beds. The base boards were dirty and covered in pet hair and dust. If the floors were mopped even once a week it wouldn’t look like that. Just drag the mop across the base boards. For how many rules and how picky they were about this place and for the price especially you would think it would be nicer and at least clean. The towel racks broke and fell off the wall because the screws weren’t mounted and the drywall is just a big hole behind the mounts. There was black mold on the door and on the seals of the refrigerator. I could go on and on.

Not bad - landlord not big on details

Last second 4th of July vacay for the family. Great location. Nice pool. Loved the garage. Largest complaint is that the landlord isn't big on details and some details are important. Garage was a nice feature, but filthy. The property was advertised as having a grill - there was no grill. We planned to grill all weekend, but were unable to do so. VERY disappointing. Warning - the refrigerator is broken in that it only gets so cold (what I would call semi-cold). They tell you that in writing upon arrival. If you like your fridge to be cold, you won't like this one. No sheets or linens for the sleeper sofa. V-shaped coffee maker, but they provided only mini basket style coffee filters (making coffee a mess every time). Ice cube trays provided, but no ice bin to put the cubes in. Trash - They ask you to remove the trash and put it in the dumpster, but they don't tell you where it is and I couldn't find it. Ended up walking the trash down the street to a dumpster next to the bank.

Short and sweet

Our trip was just two nights, but because of the convenient location we were able to do everything we wanted; beach, shopping, great food and drink and pool time.

Port A Vacay 2022

Very accurate to the listing. The pool was nicer than advertised. Very centrally located in Port A. No garage door opener. Overall one of the best places we've stayed in Port A in over 10 years (we go at least twice a year, so a lot of places).

Excellent location

Property was within walking distance to restaurants and retail shops. Pool was nice as well as patio area! Lots of memories! Will be back.

Great Family Place

Property as described. Outside gate was broken, management had it fixed immediately. They answered all calls and text messages. Place was clean and fit our family of 5 perfectly. Garage was a huge plus. Nice to have a place for beach items. Pool was basic, but nice for the kids. Only Frustrations was with check in and garbage. Was informed I would receive a text upon place ready with door code. I called 15 mins after check in and they sent my text with message saying it was ready 2 hrs earlier. Would've been nice for them to let me know we could've been there early. Also, we still have no idea if we used the correct dumpsters! Called and was given very vague instructions on where to find the dumpsters. These issues would not detour us from staying here again, but communication in these areas could be improved.

Beachy life

Our stay was pleasurable-...there was light sand thru out the rooms...Queen size beds seem small, but comfy....everything you need was there...Rate- 8 out of 10 Response to management, very prompt -9.5 out of 10...no problem coming back

Nice Little Townhome

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I enjoyed our 3 night stay at this home. It’s pretty close to the beach, although too far to walk, and near lots of shops and restaurants. It was very clean, comfortable and spacious for a 2 bedroom place. The pool is directly under the unit which also very convienent. We would certainly recommend to other small families.

The condo was very comfortable. Very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need.

Quiet

The location was quiet and out of the way from crowds but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. A little far to walk to the beach but the nice pool made up for it.

Quick trip to Port A.

This unit looked just as advertised, it was very clean had a fresh smell and appearance about it. We were pleased with our overall booking. My only “mention”would be that they were not enough bath towels so if you rent this unit just make sure you bring your own. Overall the stay was perfect great communication with the office staff you were right around the corner from downtown Port a so it’s a perfect location.
