Lovely House

The house was the most beautiful house we have stayed at in Port Aransas. Loved that the host provided most toiletries, coffee station with pods and syrup, plenty of supplies for cooking & serving and the bbq grill was in good condition. A few minor concerns were some of the bathroom doors didn’t lock, front door got stuck & we had to use side door to get in & out, outside trash can was almost full when we got there so we ran out of room for our trash and there were no instructions for the smart appliances. Thank goodness for Google. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome house, fun features, excellent host communication in a neighborhood under construction

We loved staying here and would come back. Bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, grill, kitchen, living room and laundry were all amazing. There's lots of space in this house to spread out, and the laundry shoot is a great touch. Communication with the property manager was fantastic as well. The fenced in yard was a nice touch, as this property backs up to the highway. It's about a 5-10 minute walk to the boardwalk that leads directly onto the beach, but if you want to bring wagons of stuff or coolers, you will have to carry that down a bunch of stairs - there is no ramp leading down to the sand. The community pool is small, shallow, warm, and a little sandy, plus the toilet seat was broken in the bathroom there. The neighborhood is under construction, which didn't bother us, but it doesn't have that 'finished feel' where the community pool is being maintained. Overall, we loved the house (so many balconies!) and the views are great. We just had to drive one group truck down to the access road to transport our sun shade, beach chairs, coolers, etc.

Short Family vacation

We booked the house over Easter for a quick family vacation the first week of the summer. The house was everything and then some. We loved the game room, the kitchen was great and had everything we could have possibly needed, the coffee bar was amazing, the beds were super comfy. We do a big family beach vacation almost every year mostly to Florida or Alabama. This house and location is going to be hard to beat! Thanks again for an amazing house to stay at!

Fantastic Property!

We had multiple generations of family come to stay and couldn't have been happier with the property! Everything was as advertised and then some. The kitchen is well-outfitted with everything you'd need. Very short walk to the beach or community pool. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Home

The house was clean, beautiful and very well stocked. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. 5 stars for the house!! The neighborhood was deserted the week we were there and half of the houses in the neighborhood are for sale which made it feel quiet and peaceful on one hand but at times felt a bit eerie as well. Overall great stay!

House is so new and clean

This house has everything we need. We all enjoyed staying it there. The kids particularly loved the garage playroom and bunk beds. It’s not too far away from the beach. The only issue is that it’s on the road which is very noisy with the traffic. We woke up early with all the noises. Otherwise it’s a great stay.

Beautiful home fully furnished! Great place to stay with family and friends.

Spent a lot of time on the beach which was a little walk from the house. House sits right along highway which we wasn’t used to hearing the traffic all night. Lots of memories made spending time with family and friends.

Mother's Day weekend

What can I about this property except phenomenal. It was just like advertised. We was there for three days and enjoyed everything. The beds was comfortable. When we had any questions they responded quickly. Will be coming back soon.

Excellent Place to make memories!

We had an a wonderful experience for our family vacation at this place. Everything was gorgeous and there was a lot to do for our family. We had 10 adults an 4 little ones and we made some wonderful memories together. The beds were so comfortable and we loved sitting around the kitchen table playing board games in the evenings. It was also very close to the beach making it easy even for our 3 year olds to walk. I should also add that the owner was very helpful and accommodating as well. Due to covid we had to reschedule and she was very flexible and helpful during our stay! This place was just perfect for our family and we look forward to our next trip to the beach and staying at this wonderful home!
