Cozy little house in an excellent location. The house was built in 1945, has some hardwood floors and a nice little pergola out back. We used the outdoor shower daily and is also a neat feature. The shower/tub in the house drains slow, possibly clogged with sand. I had to change the AC filter as the AC struggled to keep up and maintain 75° most of the time. The old filter was dated 9-2024 and was clogged badly. The new filter didn't make much difference. The back yard was severly over grown with weeds and stickers. Most of the decor was mismatched and looked to be from rummage sales. If we had planned to prepare and eat meals on site, it would have been almost impossible without buying eating utensils. There is a single fork and 2 teaspoons. The beds are all broke down and you roll to the middle. There isn't much lighting in the bedrooms as all the lights have been replaced with ceiling fans only and a single lamp on a table. All these "minor" issues add up to make for an unpleasant experience but the issues could be corrected to make this location a nice stay.
