3rd floor bed needs help! Sinkhole in middle, no support. Woke up with stiff necks and back aches every day. Coffee pot did not work. Upstairs coffee pot had no filters. Fan in top floor bathroom does not work. Shaker lids missing, no shot glasses.ice maker did not work. Completely lost Wi-Fi on last day so no tv. TVs on main floor and bottom floor never worked.In regard to allegation of missing towels- checked with guests and no one took them. Paid 50 fee for this though. Plus side - great location and view.

Fabulous house with easy walking access to beach

Perfect vacation house. Fully loaded with whatever you might need. Lots of lablels so you can find everything easily.lThree levels so 3 generations of a have comfortable living space. Top floor is its own apartment.

Family Stay

Lots of space. Great decor. Great Showers. Beds were uncomfortable and very squeaky.Lots of stairs but the separation was nice..Outdoor space was placing.

Beautiful Beach House

This house is maybe 4 min walk to the beach, the beach is very clean and the water was clear. The pool is right across the street easy to access. The host was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions. House is very comfortable and clean. The beds are very comfortable and has everything you need and some extras like beach toys & boogie boards. Very easy to rent a golfcart from salty island waves I called and they had it to me within less then a hr, the owners are very nice people. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing vacation. Our family had a great time and will be back.

Perfect Beach House!

This rental was comfortable and perfectly accommodating for a family or even multiple families. The kitchen had everything we could need and was very well organized. The view was great and it was an easy walk to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Relaxing

Enjoyed staying in the home. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Great outdoor seating and gulf views. Walking distance to beach. First time visiting area. Loved the location.

Lots of room!

Our family had a nice stay at the end of the season - the weather was great, not too hot, not too cold. The beach toys in the garage was a special touch! The issue we had was quickly resolved by the host; they were super-responsive and inquired often about our stay while we were there. The best thing - we didn't have to strip the sheets and take out the trash and do so much cleaning that seems to have started being a standard at VRBOs. LOL! Lovely house!

Slumlord tactics by management company

Horrible Management company. Our AC broke on day 3 of our 10 day stay. Management company sent in AC techs on 3 different days (wasting our time, stating they will be there at this time, but the tech would not show up until 5 hours later), but they failed to fix the problem. With temps reaching 86 degrees outside and me staying in contact with the management company, they finally offered us to move on day 7 (4 days of nightmare). Into a house that was already occupied. I asked for a refund, they gave me amount that will cover 1 day (as you can tell, this property is not cheap by any means). I tried to work with VRBO, they can not do anything, as the owner hung up on them. The house is beautiful. The location is good, if you like to get eaten alive by mosquitos walking to the beach. Matresses are this side of 80s water beds, pillows have black stains all over them and they feel like they have bricks in them. Percenti Hospitality has managed to ruin our vacation, that we saved for and looked forward to for 9 months. Will never stay in any of their managed properties again.

Nice location, beautiful home

We have been going port A for several years with family and staying roughly same area- this was a great location. The house floor plan very usable and perfect for our needs. Tropical storm alberto paid a visit while we were there, so no blame to owner or property manager for that. We had our water turned off because of a plumbing problem without much communication and seemingly unconcerned at the inconvenience. Need to do a better job at maintenance and communication with paying customers. Wouldn’t stay at place operated by this company in port A again

Pipeliner’s Fishout

Only one complaint we hung a company banner in order for our guess to know the house we stayed in. At 10:45 we had a knock on the door from a gentleman saying he was with the home owners association and that the banner had to come down NOW !!! I may have missed reading this bit of information in the contract!!! Regards

Beautiful Home Convenient to Beach!

This home is massive! There is room for everyone and then some! The kitchen is top notch. The property manager was responsive. It was hot when we arrived so my only critique is that the place should be at a comfortable temperature for guest arrivals. It did cool down once we lowered the AC's. I definitely would stay here again.

Three Great Nights

Great place take the family! Easy access to the beach, pool & hot tubs just across the street, beautifully appointed home with everything you need. Would love to have the name of the supplier of the great outdoor furniture. The only thing we found missing was the batteries in the smoke detector. Have someone check that out

Overall great place

We enjoyed the house and all the amenities it offered. We would highly recommend this house. One thing that would be nicer is the check-in/check-out times. They are one hour later and earlier than what we see in most hotels and other rental properties. Thanks for hosting us!

Sept beach trip

This beautiful three level home gave our family lots of space to spread out and enjoy some beach time. Beach was within walking distance and very clean. Lee was an excellent host and quickly answered any questions we had. The home provided everything we needed and we hope to visit again next year.

great place to stay in Port A

We had a great family vacation. House was very comfortable and well kept. Close to beach and anything we needed in Port Aransas. Only negative, is that the upper bunks were unusable, too close to the ceiling, claustrophobic for an 8 yr old.

Amazing house in a great location!

We loved our stay at this property! It has lots of space, it’s in a great location, and it is beautiful. The property managers were great and answered all of our questions. We would love to stay here again! I highly recommend it!

Family Beach Trip/ Three Generations

The house itself was great. Enough room for all of us. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, right across from the pool. The kitchen was roomy, had most of what we needed to make our meals. Even used the grill. But it really fell short on the cleanliness. Had asked for the floors to please be clean, as we have two just turned one. Had to sweep the floors, so much sand. Livingroom ceiling fan did not work, one of the washing machines did not work. Front door key box, batteries were dead so couldn't get the keys as the Welcome Sheet said. The place is great, clean the floors, under the beds, the refrigerator, kitchen shelves, bathroom rugs. Than it will be a 5 Star vacation house.
