Beautiful home and Gorgeous community

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: MY family and I stayed at his beautiful home and enjoy every second of our stay. It made it hard to leave. Will definitely be rebooking.

Perfect Place For Our Family of Four!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our third visit to Cinnamon Shore and Surf & Sand was another perfect home for our family of four. It catered to all of our needs and more! A one thing we very much appreciated was that each room had double blinds to block that early morning sun. We hope to visit again next summer!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has the best of all worlds. We live a busy life with our two boys and we’ve now come twice to relax and enjoy. Both times we have had the best time at this house. Not only is it close to the pool, it’s also just two blocks from the beach as well. The place itself is immaculate and perfect for fitting our family and cooking a dinner to eat out on the beautiful patio. We can’t imagine a better vacation spot!

First Time at Cinnamon Shore

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We learned about Cinnamon Shore through a friend who had visited several years before. Our only expectations were what we saw on the website. Our family had a wonderful time. Highly recommend! Our only complaint about our rental was the size of the dining room/living room. It was too small to be comfortable for our family of nine adults, one toddler, and one newborn.

Stop the search! Book Surf & Sand!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our time at Surf and Sand. The set up of the home allowed plenty of room for our party of 8! Each couple had their own bedroom and private bathroom. This stunning home was well stocked with all our kitchen needs, extra blankets and plenty of board games. Home was an easy walk to the beach making it a breeze even on the days we didn't have a golf cart. (Although having a golf cart sure was fun!) The outdoor shower made leaving the sand outside easy upon our return!! Multiple patios for everyone to enjoy and driveways to hold all 4 of our vehicles was a bonus! We loved the 2 minute walk to the pools and pool cafe/bar also! So simple that the teens could go over on their own! Everything about Surf & Sand felt like HOME!! We can't wait to return! I have rented at Cinnamon Shore before, but this Surf and Sand home is our new favorite!!! Its obvious that the owners have put extra thought into not only the flow and functionality of the home, but the overall emphasis on a luxurious beachy comfort that can't be beat! Haven't unpacked yet and already missing Cinnamon Shore and this gorgeous home.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice but living/kitchen area small for 5 bedrooms. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms -would like more bath towels. This is a high end neighborhood with rental prices to match it seems like there would be decent paper towels in the kitchen. Since this is my third time staying in Cinnamon Shore I know to bring my own paper towels.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and nice home - very small kitchen living space. Bedrooms nice. The roads are very small with tightly packed homes very close together. Not optimal. The pool area was nice but once the homes are all built that one small pool will not be able to service the homes well.
