Spacious unit. Nice, big pool area. Good communication. Basically clean. Nice that beach towels were provided. Average/typical corporate-run short term rental. Just generally tired/worn & lacking individual property upkeep & maintenance. Very tight parking.

Wonderful!

The rooms were even better than we were expecting! The location was ideal for a day at the beach at Port Aransas. So many local delicious restaurants to choose from. The swimming pool was so unique, we loved it!!

Grandson’s first time to see the ocean

The place is clean and has the amenities listed. It is only a few minutes from Whitecap Beach on Padre Island. And some pretty good dining choices on the Island. An improvement would be a small sponge or scrubber to use when hand washing a few dishes.

Great

Had a little trouble with check in but customer service was very helpful. The place was in a great location. We took advantage of the grills next to the pool and had a wonderful time. Would stay here again.

Very mixed feelings

Check in was fine, condo appeared clean until I had to dry some water off the floor. The paper towel ended up BLACK from the disgusting floor that clearly has not been cleaned. We specifically chose this condo so we could use the pool. There was no code given to us for the lockbox. I chatted with customer service to obtain the code. I clearly explained the situation to which I was asked “which pool”? I explained there’s only 1 pool and then was told use the key I was given at check in. I was not given a key at check in, I was given the code to the front door and THAT’S IT! 30 minutes of trying to explain myself and get a simple answer, I was given the code to the picnic and then the representative disconnected the chat. WELL … 1 key in the lockbox, for the front door…No key to the gate for the pool. I attempted to chat again AND I text the customer service number that had been texting me, only to never be acknowledged. I finally had to CALL customer service and was told the key should have been left inside the unit. THERE WAS NO KEY! I was told someone would call me. I received a phone call that someone would get with me the following day. Mind you, we arrived Friday afternoon and did not finally receive a key to the pool gate until Saturday afternoon. The baking pans in the kitchen are rusted and nasty. The outlet next to the fridge doesn’t work. The bed in the guest room is worn out and extremely creaky. We will NOT be back!

Property ok, communication not so good.

This is the problem when you have a small issue like tv not on wall but hidden in a closet or wifi not working bc modem is not plugged in and there's 2 of them. When you have a person there or close by or someone who lived or cleans or manages it, then they can help, but if the property is managed by a corporation, they don't know anything about it. You are just a reservation number. How can they fix any issues? We did not install the tv on the wall bc well that isn't our job and the wifi eventually worked by trial and error, but the communication. no bueno.

Quick Weekend getaway

We booked this location last minute and it was a great condo . Condo was accessible to the pool, it was clean had pots and pans for us to cook to our needs, beach/pool towels. Condo was clean. We all enjoyed our stay here and will book again in the future.

Noisy & dirty

This was a last minute stay for us & chose what was available. On the positive: Location was convenient; I was glad it was a close drive to the beach & grocery store. It also has a giant nice pool that we enjoyed. On the negative: It’s a corner unit & fairly noisy. I was not able to park in assigned parking because people liked to park temporarily there to load up. I was not able to sleep in because of the bedroom proximity to this outlet. It was very dirty. There was pancake batter still on the counters, the table was full of sand, and the floors were full of sand and dog hair. I cleaned everything myself before I got comfortable. One night there was a giant cockroach in the bedroom on the wall by our bed that made me uneasy to sleep. Overall, I would not stay here again.

Almost perfect

The condo was clean, and we always enjoy the amenities when we stay at this condo complex. Could’ve been a little more attention to detail, but the complaints weren’t so significant that they be worth addressing with management necessarily. We did receive several messages from Vacasa wanting to make sure all was good, and it was. Listing was accurate, we appreciated the sleeping accommodations. Small areas of improvement would be: there was no headboard in room with queen bed so pillows fell to the floor anytime the bed was unintentional scooted from wall, no whisk utensil, no sugar, no black pepper, small amount of salt, toilet paper was suuuuper cheap quality, and wash cloths were not soft (pretty tough/scratchy). But the condo was right by the pool, a quick trip to HEB to get all the little things the condo was missing, and we enjoyed our stay. We really disliked the 10am checkout so tried to message Vacasa and ask about checking out at 11am instead (which is a pretty standard time), and didn’t hear back until 1:30pm the day of checkout... so we of course just had to leave by 10am so didn’t care for that.

Quick Overnight Stay with Family

Property was very clean and very comfortable (72 temp inside). Lovely decor and unit is right by the pool. I was anticipating that it was going to be loud because of the proximity of the pool but it wasn’t even an issue. The parking is right outside the master bedroom window which was comforting as well. Property location wasn’t given 4 stars because the neighborhood is bad but because we didn’t find that the places to eat around there were that great of options for a family - lots of bars.

room was plenty big for our 5, pool is literally right across from room, rooms nice and cold, condo fully furninshed with tvs, washer and dryer, full kitchen, porch, 2 bath, short drive to beach, 1 designated parking spot(great of you only have 1 vehicle), later check out option for xtra fee is well worth it, only thing i can complain about is that the room rate of $177+- is great, but all the extra fees is basically the same price as the condo so a 177 condo ends up being a $335 condo...

Close to the beach

The place was great up until we came back from the beach@3:30 on the first day of staying, to find out that the city, Corpus Christi water system turned off the water to our condo that we were renting. So we could not make our dinner or take showers for plans to go out later. I spent this next 2 hours talking to the city, condo reps trying to figure out what was going on. It took myself calling multiple times to get things resolved. Robin, the property manager helped move us to another condo so that we could finish off our trip. Found out that the owner of the unit we were staying at was not getting their mail, so that was the reason for the water to be shut off. In the end the original place was clean, well equipped and good place to stay. I'm sure that this probably will not happen again since it will cost everyone on the end more money. Great location to the beach, close to attractions and places to eat.
