The condo was clean, and we always enjoy the amenities when we stay at this condo complex. Could’ve been a little more attention to detail, but the complaints weren’t so significant that they be worth addressing with management necessarily. We did receive several messages from Vacasa wanting to make sure all was good, and it was. Listing was accurate, we appreciated the sleeping accommodations. Small areas of improvement would be: there was no headboard in room with queen bed so pillows fell to the floor anytime the bed was unintentional scooted from wall, no whisk utensil, no sugar, no black pepper, small amount of salt, toilet paper was suuuuper cheap quality, and wash cloths were not soft (pretty tough/scratchy). But the condo was right by the pool, a quick trip to HEB to get all the little things the condo was missing, and we enjoyed our stay. We really disliked the 10am checkout so tried to message Vacasa and ask about checking out at 11am instead (which is a pretty standard time), and didn’t hear back until 1:30pm the day of checkout... so we of course just had to leave by 10am so didn’t care for that.
