AMENITIES: Guests enjoy a prime location near the lake, with access to two community pools, pickleball courts, a fitness center, playground, and beach access points. The home’s positioning allows for peaceful lake views while still being a short dtiance from the beach and recreational amenities, making it easy to fill each day with a mix of activity and relaxation.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: The main living area features soaring 20 foot vaulted and beamed ceilings, along with large dormer windows that flood the space with natural light. A large sectional and oversized chairs create a comfortable gathering space, while direct porch access allows indoor and outdoor living to flow seamlessly.

The kitchen is designed for both entertaining and everyday use, anchored by a massive island with seating for five and complemented by a large pantry for extended stays. JennAir appliances, along with a wine fridge and two beverage drawers, elevate the space. A full size refrigerator on both the first and second floors adds convenience for large groups. The dining table seats ten comfortably, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and conversation.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: Always Summer offers five bedrooms, including four private king suites with ensuite bathrooms, providing comfort and privacy for adult guests. Two bunk areas offer flexible sleeping arrangements for children and additional guests, with a combination of twin beds designed for both fun and function.

The primary suite is a standout, featuring a private porch, a dedicated coffee bar, and a spa like bathroom complete with an oversized soaking tub and dual shower heads. First floor bedrooms enjoy shared porch access with beautiful lake views, creating peaceful spaces to unwind.

GREAT FEATURES: This home is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, with multiple gathering spaces across three levels. Highlights include a first floor secondary living area, a second floor gallery with a dreamy reading nook and game tables, an electric fireplace in the heart of the main living room, and two expansive wraparound decks on the first and second floors. Outdoor features include a bed swing on the first floor porch, a twin bed swing on the third floor, an outdoor shower, and a ping pong table.

Beach towels are also provided for guest use. Exterior cameras are installed for added security, though garage access is not provided.
