Loved your place! Drains in bathroom sink and tub run very slow and it would be nice to have some big mirrors in the living room area so people can get ready for the day oitside of the bathroom. Thanks!

Great location

Loved the location. Great size for the three of us. We weren't bumping into each other. The main bed is kinda hard and the ice/water dispenser in the fridge was dirty. Other than that, the space was beautiful! We would definitely stay again.

Condo by the beach

My family and I visited for July 4 holiday, we had the best time. The condo was clean, organized and fully stocked. We had no problems whatsoever. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer to be able to come home with clean clothes. And the convenience of being right by the beach was really nice. The pool area was so fun, my family and I enjoyed swimming at night. they even have a playground. We will definitely come back next year. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation.

Excellent weekend get-away

The unit we stayed in was accurately portrayed in the listing and great piece was the acceptance of pets. The only "downside" was the cleanliness of the pool water, which is expected due to the number of units to use the available pools. Otherwise, it was a great weekend getaway unit. Property managers did provide "starter" laundry and kitchen supplies, which is always a bonus.

AMAZING PROPERTY!

We’ve stayed at this complex before and loved the amenities and location. I absolutely love the spacious floor plan. The bedroom is big, the bunks are so nice to have and they are out of the way, the livingroom is huge! The kitchen and dining is great space as well. That’s mainly why we come back with the combination of everything you need in one! All of that is hard to find anywhere else. And it’s a beautiful condo! So clean, has everything you need along with dishwasher and washer dryer! We loved our stay once again!

Short Gulf Stay

Location was ideal for walking and parking to the beach. For the kids, having the pool was great break from the gulf waters. The size of the condo was perfect for 5, any more would be too crowded. The furniture can be updated. Little creaks here and there when sitting down was worrisome. The sleeper sofa was a challenge to deal with due to its age. It doesn’t just easily pop open. When planning to prepare foods, everything you may want is available to use from oven pans to frying pans. Be sure to bring salt and pepper.. We really enjoyed our stay overall on this property. Cleanliness is key and the prompt response for linens was greatly appreciated.

Great spot to hang out

I had a great two-month stay at this property. My husband was there for part of the time, parents for another part. Amber from Padre Escapes was extremely helpful as I had to keep extending my stay (was moving at the time). She made it easy and I didn't have to stress too much about the place. It's like two blocks from the beach, so I'd walk down there with my dog a couple times a day and check things out. Nice and quiet by the condo, even when the beach was busy. One thing I would want to know is that there aren't really a bunch of restaurants or bars in walking distance. It's basically all just condos. Which was fine for me! But just something I thought was notable. Also, the place needed a little bit of new stuff. Towel racks fell off, sink didn't drain well, stove top was kind of a pain because it was induction and all the pots and pans were bent up and didn't really cook evenly. Overall, though, it was a great stay.

Loved this unit. Will definitely consider renting again next time I visit. New with modern appliances/amenities. Perfect size for myself and my big dog. Five minute stroll to the nearest beach, which was also dog-friendly. Parking right outside the front door.

Extremely Satisfied

My wife found this property rental on Monday and by Tuesday we were there. Everything was done through the app and it couldn't have been easier. Check in was through texts and the front door has a smart lock. The place was extremely clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook. From the decor to the beds, everything was clean and we'll cared for. The location was one block from the beach and it felt like a semi private beach at that. The pool area was also very well cared for. Can't wait to book again

Sweet Spot by the Beach!

Short walk to the beach which was great since I didn't want to take my vehicle on the sand! Nice unit, and Village By The Beach is a really nice complex. Only issue was getting check-in information from Padre Escapes and having to call vs. having it sent, but otherwise everything was great! Smooth, easy trip for nothing but fun in the sun! Will definitely rent this unit again.

Perfect Location & Great for Families

We are familiar with the area, but had never stayed at this condo. The pool was perfect, the playground was nice, and very close to beach, etc. The condo was very clean and updated and the entire process was super easy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, especially people with kids.
