Framily Birthday Trip

This property was perfect! It was a great layout for our group, with plenty of space for all. Location was great and close to everything. Short golf cart ride to the beach! We cannot wait to rent here again or check out some of their other properties!

Nice Stay

We had a great time at Bourbon Breeze! Loved the door code check in system and the management seemed very responsive. Pool was clean and started getting some shade around 5 p.m. Bottom line: We would stay there again.

Spring Break

The house was very spacious and nice interior design. The downstairs suite was private & connected. The property was closer up the beach to restaurants and shops. Fun atmosphere. 5 min walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

B2B family weekend

This property was everything we needed to accommodate my family. Plenty of open space and well stocked with all the necessities in the bathrooms and the kitchen. The host and everyone involved were very considerate and quick to respond to any concerns that came up. Definitely recommend this rental and I will definitely will stay here again!

Port A 2020

The beach house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for our group of 13. The kids loved the pool and outdoor eating area with bbq pit. Property manager was always attentive and helpful. We will definitely be back in the future.

Great house and management team!

From the start, communication was so prompt and friendly. I was very impressed. We loved the house, immaculate! The ameneties. Pool, pool bar, grill, spacious rooms. Loved the tall ceilings and the huge kitchen. We had a great time here and would return!

Just WOW!

Put together a very last minute trip and was not disappointed with Bourbon Breeze. This home was beautiful and I have only great things to say about it. Huge space, beautiful decor, plenty of kitchen stuff, pet friendly, pool, location location location, the list goes on and on. My only disappointment is that we didn’t invite friends to fill up all the beds.

Great home for a group

We had 3 couples and this home is perfect as we each had our own bathroom and queen or king bed. For a family, the bunk room was adorable, we just didn’t need it. One bedroom and small living area is down stairs, so a nice private space! Would recommend getting a golf cart for beach/town trips. Beach would be a pretty good walk from this location.

All good. House was all you said it was. Thre refrigerator says the filters need replaced other that that there were no other issues. Thanks for letting us stay in your beautiful home.

Good Stay

Good location for us as we had other friends and family staying across the street at the commons. My mother in law throughly enjoyed her separate area down stairs. My only issue was the bunk room is 2 twin over twin bunks.. I did not read the description and the picture appears to be a full over full and twin over twin - overall our stay was good and the management was easy to deal with.

The property was very nice. And we had no issues with the stay other than remote controls did not work for some of the TVs specifically in the main room. The problem came with the property management company. We accidentally left an iPad. We contacted via telephone the management company specifically Avant stay. They sent a request for 26 to cover shipping and handling. After multiple phone calls and multiple promises that the item would be shipped, it still has not been shipped. We are on week number two today.
