The property was average compared to other VRBO properties we have stayed at in the past. The washing machine was filthy and we had to scrape built up detergent and softner from the dispensers before use. Plus there was black mold on the rubber seal of the washer. We sanitized and cleaned before use. I reported this to the property manager but no reply. While we were there the disposal stopped working as well. The property is on the corner of busy 11th Street; the internet was very intermittent; the outside grills and patio furniture need to be updated; and the return vent for the A/C is also filthy.For the dollar investment we will look elsewhere on our next visit to Port A.

It was nice for the most part. Wasnt as clean as we expected and was missing some items. Nice place though and close to the beach. When we pay as much as we do for these rental properties, we expect it to equal the cost of what we pay.

Beach Get Away

Property smelled nice was clean, but floors tracked lots of sand. Property was in a great location just minutes away from the beach shopping and fairy if walking to the beach 10 minutes. Beds and rooms were comfortable. I would make improvements on the patio furniture on each balcony. Some of the furniture was rusted and didn't feel safe to sit in. The kitchen table was also very wobbly and unstable. Be prepared, there was two rolls of paper towels and two rolls of toilet paper per bath. My family and I went through the paper towels in less than half our stay there. The utensils and pots and pans in the kitchen were also very limited. Be prepared to bring your own paper towels and toilet paper because you will run out and you might want to bring a few utensils for the kitchen if cooking. I brought my dog and we learned once arriving that there was no grass space on the property. So be prepared to walk your dog for potty breaks.

First visit to PA

Property was okay. My biggest dislike was the pool area! When you know that several people are staying there should me someone cleaning the pool and it’s garbage around it. 24 hours. One good thing I called and they did shock the pool but still not really clean around the pool. Not sure I’d stay here again.

Took our 5 grandkids with us …had a great time .. not sure why but I thought the house had 3 full bathrooms … 2 full and one half bathroom… very nice house … stove top needs some new burners … they weren’t consistent and went hot to cold …also found out the top bunks where not made up , just sheets setting on top of bed … the help should have made the top bunks up with sheets … over all a good experience.

Great stay with family and friends

We had 4 adults and 4 kids and our dog. The property was honestly perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the bunk beds which gave them plenty of room. The beds were extremely comfortable and we loved the balconies. Really could not think of anything we needed that the house didn’t have. Highly recommend!

October weekend

2 families, 4 kids and 4 adults all stayed here happily. We plenty of space for sleeping and could still have the kids go to sleep and stay up talking since the living room and bunk room are on different levels. Kitchen was well stocked and location was a quick 5-7 min walk. The pool was fun but a little chilly. Overall a wonderful stay!
