Perfect size for our family! Loved that there was a bathroom for all 4 bedrooms. The house was pristine clean. We rented a golf cart which made it quick and easy to get to the beach. Would highly recommend this house!

Great Port A family base for Spring Break

This was a great location for 2 families (teenage and college age kids) for 4 days of Spring Break. Would recommend and stay again.

House and neighborhood was great, proximity to a beach access is a pretty good hike so a golf cart or car is a must for beach days.

Port Aransas dream

We absolutely loved our stay. It was a great location. It was clean and very roomy. We had family from 7 yrs old to 87 yrs old and everyone had a fantastic time. We hope to stay there again in the near future.

First place we’ve stayed that had everything we needed in the kitchen including from keurig, kitchen utensils, pots & pans. Enough room to park all our vehicles & golf cart. Allowed our two frenchie’s so we could all enjoy family time together ❤️

Family time at the Mango

It was a great stay. Clean. The little yard area was nice. Neighborhood was pretty. The house is in a great area.

Annual Fam Bam Beach Trip!!

Thank you for another comfortable, secure place to stay for summer getaway! Great place, location, and quick drive or walk to beach. We did have an issue with the washer power but they came and fixed it before we got back from beach. Have fun!

Stay was amazing 👏 and I cant wait until next time. Everything was presentable and the communication with the staff was excellent. We had a small issue with AC but the time coordination of maintenance was supurb. Very feiendly and quick. Thank you for a great stay!

Nice house, could use some upkeep but overall nice. One of the showers has absolutely no water pressure and the neighborhood was very compact. House has plenty of room, very spacious

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a clean and fully stocked home. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces fit our group perfectly. We were next to the pool which was nice and since pool closed at 10:00 there was not a noise issue. We saw and spoke to the security guard ,Victoria, each night who patrolled the community. She was friendly and visible. We felt safe. The streets were tight for parking but we managed fine with our XL SUV and Truck. We would stay there again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Mango and Cash in April and really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for the family, and pet friendly, which is a must! Comfortable beds and plenty of kitchen ware. The air conditioning was a bit problematic but the property manager was very helpful and effective in solving the problem. They responded quickly to any concerns we had .I would highly recommend the village walk area because it is gated and quiet. The night are lovely with the palm trees lit up and the community is gated. It feels very safe andwalking around the village is lovely.

Village Walk is a nice, quieter neighborhood, but close enough to the ocean to feel the breeze from the patio or roof top deck. House was very clean, good layout, and comfortable with 10 people. Only challenge was there really isn't a quite place to work. This house is right next to one of the community pools (great if you want to watch your family, but might prefer to be a couple houses away). Communication with Port A Escapes was excellent, with easy check-in/out process. Need to rent a golf cart with this location.

Incredible layout!

Mango & Cash was PERFECT for our two families. The layout allowed all of us to be together (the enormous dinner table is the best!) and also break away for quiet time in our own areas. The rooftop was lovely - we even saw the SpaceX rocket fly overhead! The pool being right next door was a perfect addition for our families - we had 5 kids in total. The smallest upstairs bedroom wasn't quite as cozy & equipped as the other rooms, but it was still quite sufficient. The A/C was excellent - we were there during the Heat Dome of 2023, so that was very important. The garage was also stocked with a variety of beach gear, games, etc. My favorite aspect, though, was just how beautiful the downstairs living area was - the windows, the views, the light. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful house

This house was spacious and clean. Great location, I walked my dog to beach a few times in 14 minutes. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels and bath towels provided as well as dishwasher and washing machine pods. Bathrooms stocked with hand soap and shampoo, plus body wash. My mom was unhappy with the fact that there was no dustpan, but she made due with a torn paper plate, lol. Loved the layout. With a master room and bathroom on the first floor, along with kitchen and living room, my elderly parents, dad who can't do stairs, did great! We loved all the tv's in all of the rooms. True that internet is slow, but still manageable. Kitchen well stocked, minus no salt and pepper or spices. Would love to come back again! Beds and pillows were to our liking! No noise issues with the pool being next door. Thank you!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is located in a good area and the swimming pool was right next to the house. That was a plus because we could just walk out the back door and go to the pool. I loved how each room had it's own bathroom and there is a half bath downstairs. We did have trouble with the living room tv not working on our last day in the house and the downstairs bedroom TV didn't connect to Wi-Fi provided through the entire stay. I called to see if I could get those fix which they said they'd send someone that day. When we returned in the evening they were not fixed. However, there was a Hurricane coming to the Gulf so they may have been preparing for that. The house is big enough for a family of 12. Spacious and clean for the most part. The rug in the living room had chips on it and the floor. Overall, we loved the house.
