• Drivers must be 21+ years old

• During Spring Break (typically March), drivers must be 25+ years old

We self-manage Villa Blue and genuinely love sharing Port Aransas with our guests. From the best fishing spots and fresh seafood markets to our favorite beach access points and local restaurants, we're happy to help you experience Port A like a local.

Guest Access:

Use of the house except 1 closet and locked cabinet in the garage



Other Things to Note:

• We’re excited to include a complimentary 6-seater golf cart with your stay because it’s one of the best ways to explore Port Aransas! Rentals can be expensive and time-consuming, especially during peak season when they can exceed $200 per day.



To use the golf cart, guests must complete a golf cart agreement through our secure check-in form. The form will require:

• A valid government-issued driver's license

• A refundable $500 security deposit hold



The security deposit is not a charge and will be released after checkout, provided the golf cart is returned in the same condition and all agreement terms are followed. Credit card information is securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment platform.



Driver requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older to operate the golf cart

• Must be 25 years of age or older during Spring Break



Port Aransas has specific regulations regarding golf cart use, and drivers are responsible for following all city rules. Additional guidelines will be provided prior to your stay.



If you notice any issues with the golf cart, please let us know right away. We perform regular maintenance so guests can continue to enjoy this amenity. In the rare event the golf cart requires service during your stay, we will notify you as soon as possible and do our best to help arrange a comparable rental through a local vendor.



• Our home is treated regularly by a professional pest control company. As a coastal property, occasional insects may still appear despite preventative treatments. While we work hard to keep the home clean and well-maintained, the presence of insects or minor maintenance issues does not qualify for refunds. If scheduled pest control occurs during your stay, we will notify you in advance and do our best to work around your schedule.



• Dogs must be approved and added to the reservation prior to arrival. Unapproved pets may result in a $500 fee and/or cancellation of your reservation. The pet fee is $50 per pet, and we allow up to two small or medium-sized dogs. Due to severe allergies in our family, cats are not permitted.



• Please keep the garage door closed when not in use to help maintain security. We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the garage or elsewhere on the property. Guests may be held responsible for losses resulting from the garage being left open.



• Special requests are always welcome but are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Additional fees may apply.



**The primary guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old.**
