This was perfect for our family. Location was great! Just a short golf cart ride to the beach or restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was a perfect size for our family of 6, close to the beaches and town. Quiet after 10 and very safe feeling area. Loved having a washer and dryer on site! Only suggestions would be for the owners to add simple things to the kitchen like a washcloth and additional hand towel. Also to add simple things like a hot pad to pull hot things from the oven and a pizza cutter. The only issue we had was that some of our towels that were stacked in the bathroom cabinet at the bottom had black mold. They need to check for mold and replace some cabinetry where the water damage and humidity has caused issues. Also noticed it under the sink in the kitchen. But the rest of the property was super clean and very nice! We would stay there again in a heart beat.

Stayed for 4 days, convenient location and great communication with property manager. Property pictures fit the description and the place was comfortable and quiet at night. ;)

The check in was easy. Just a few minutes drive to the beach. Very conveniently close. Upon arrival everything was clean and feeling fresh. Everything worked perfect. AC, fridge, and appliances were there for our convenience. Overall a good size for our family of 4 and can easily fit 6 with plenty of room. The convenience of having two bathrooms after a whole day at the beach was really nice. No waiting. *The only thing was the sofa bed was quite uncomfortable for anyone with more than 4 people in their party. So an inflatable bed would be better to bring as option. But other than that the beds were nice and clean as well as all linens. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Our problems began hours after booking this condo. Once receiving confirmation from Joshua that we had booked the condo I responded to his email asking for details about check in, how we were going to check in, if we needed to go to a different location to pick up a key, etc. He responded saying that he had already sent an email with that information. I checked again, no email from him so I asked him to resend it. A week later, the day before our arrival I still had not received anything from Joshua about check in, so I reached out again, in return I received a very unprofessional and rude email from him regarding the check in process. Upon arrival to the condo, our door code wouldnt work, I then called Joshua who was rudely dumbfounded that we couldnt get this door open and then mentioned that 5 other tenants had also had problems with the door and he would send maintenance out to change the batteries. Tony, the maintenance man, who was very apologetic and sympathetic the entire time, shows up and changes the batteries. We left the door propped open while we unloaded the cars, locked everything up then we were off to dinner. Upon arriving back at the condo, our door wouldnt work again. We called Joshua again who was shocked the door still wasnt working because they just put new batteries in the code lock, he apologized this time and sent Tony out again. Tony then changed the batteries and gave us a set of keys to use incase the code lock kept failing. Upon being let in to the condo for the second time that day we settled down for the evening. The next morning when we tried to leave we realized just how bad this situation with the door was. The door was locked from the inside and wouldnt unlock. After many attempts we were finally able to leave. This happened every time we tried to leave the condo or get into the condo. It didn’t matter that we had a code and a key, the door mechanism was broken and they obviously were refusing to fix it if 5 other tenants had struggled with the door. The “pool” was the size of a large hot-tub. So dont book this for the “pool” as you will be extremely disappointed. The inside of the condo was clean and it was nice that each bedroom had their own bathroom. There was a patio out back that each bedroom had access too, it was nice to have that. We will not be booking here again, mainly for the poor management. Tony (maintenance) was extremely nice and professional the entire time.

We waited until last minute to book a place for our vacation because weather had been bad and we didn’t know if we were going to go down to the coast. We were looking for a pet friendly place and found this place. The condos are kept nicely with extra sheets/blankets, which was helpful because I forgot to bring and extra blanket and it was cold at night. It’s in a good location to get to restaurants & the beach. There is a small pool, which we didn’t use but there were some kids in there having a blast. Because we had our dog with us, it would have been nice if the pet area had a fence around it, but it is a small area so I can also see why it doesn’t. Would book again. If considering this vs a hotel, I would definitely recommend booking here it’s much more comfortable than a hotel.

We booked this rental last minute for a few days away at the beach. The response from the property manager was quick and the property was exactly as listed. Recently redone, nicely decorated, had all of the basics needed in the kitchen. The location is a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and to the main part of Port A in a neighborhood with homes, condo's so accessible to restaurants, convenience stores and golf cart rentals. Parking out front. Didn't use the pool. The condo was comfortable and convenient traveling with and my two teens. Would stay again.

Comfortable beds and furniture. About a 5 min walk to beach. All units appeared to be Vrbo rentals, because it was spring break some were a bit noisy late at night. Plenty of towels, with nice washer and dryer. WiFi was pretty good, but unable to stream a movie or basketball game. but there were plenty of things on the tv to choose from. Very recent remodel done perfectly for the Vrbo market. Easy parking right by stair to the unit. Even had some new games in the cupboard.we would stay here again.
