Our stay was lovely and perfect. Perfect for us with our three teenagers, they each had their own space. We had great communication with the owner, and all our needs were met. Would definitely stay here again. The golf cart was a huge addition to the trip.

The home, location, and host were perfect. The space, parking, and amenities were all spotless and well maintained. This is an excellent location for a vacation and such a convenient board-walk to the beach… you can hear the waves all day and evening from the patio, as well as see them from the back porch. Book this house!

The location was perfect- walking distance to a boardwalk to the beach, and a quick drive to shops and restaurants. We loved having the golf cart. We had a few issues when we arrived (beach towels were missing and the toilet needed a new chain), but the owner was SO responsive and had housekeeping at our door in 30 minutes with towels and a new chain for the toilet.

We really enjoyed the property. It had lots of room, nice amenities and a great location. The golf cart was especially nice to have available. Our host communicated very well with us. I had a couple of questions and he responded immediately. I highly recommend this property.

House was well stocked and host is very responsive. Golf cart use is a nice plus. However the house had a major cockroach issue with adult and baby cockroaches in house. We killed at least 15 cockroaches. Host had pest control come out and spray but that did not eliminate the issue. We are having to fumigate our belongings to prevent any transfer issues to our 3 homes. There was also an issue with some type of animal getting into the attic or walls. We could hear it moving around so loudly it woke us up. Outside host control but we had internet connectivity issues the first 2 days so kids could not watch tv or have strong connection for phones.

I was really worried that this cute beach house would be a tight fit for 7 people and two dogs. But it was perfect. We didn't feel crowded at all. The decor inside was really nice. It felt very inviting. And we loved that there was lots of extra blankets and linens. The cart made traveling the island so easy. It was great for packing up with beach supplies and zipping over to the beach. By road the beach entry point was only a couple of streets over. By foot there is a boardwalk 3 houses over that leads to the beach. We drove the cart all over town and up and down the beach for 11 days and only used about 3 gallons of gas. Hint: the gas tank is accessed by lifting the middle row lol. If you drive over to the beach it takes you to marker 6. It's really a perfect spot as there are changing booths and outdoor showers, plus nearby portapotties. Our host was great. They answered all messages within minutes. Which made the trip stress free. They also supplied some essentials, like coffee which was greatly appreciated as we arrived late and didn't really have a chance to visit the store yet. We were also surprised by the ample boogie boards, beach chairs, and sand toys.

Property was exactly as described. Everything was perfect. The location was fantastic!! Private board walk to beach enters the beach at mile marker 8. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and simple amenities. Extra blankets were great as some family members got cold at night. 2 bathrooms were a plus. Also, having tv's in each room was a bonus. Can't wait to go back. One more thing, the use of golf cart was amazing!!! You never know what to expect when booking rentals but this property exceeded my expectations.

Perfect stay in Port A!

The house was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and gave great details ahead of our stay - check in was as simple as using the provided code! The best part was how close we were to the beach — just a quick walk or easy ride in the golf cart away! Parking is a bit tight in the neighborhood, so if you’re bringing several cars or a boat, it’s worth planning ahead, but we had no issues. Our family (and our dog!) had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

A Sweet Stay!

It was a pleasure from the moment we stepped foot into this adorable home! So clean, fully equipped, and tons of sleeping spaces. The golf cart and boardwalk made it so convenient to get to the beach in no time! The owner was incredibly nice and communicative! We will be back to this property next summer for sure!

Excellent Christmas on the beach

Kitchen had everything needed for our traditional holiday meal prep! From standing rib roast, pecan pie and twice baked potatoes. Adult children had enough space and our dog was in heaven on the beach.

Great location right next to the beach.

I had an amazing experience staying here! The house was immaculately clean and just a short 100-yard stroll to the beach, making it incredibly convenient. The host was very communicative, easy to reach, and extremely accommodating. The pictures online don’t do the place justice; the actual house was much nicer than the photos suggest. Overall, it was a great week, and I highly recommend this place!
