Stay away!!
Our family has been going to the outer banks for many years. We have always loved it there and continue to go back. Where we stay has always had a big impact on our experience. THIS property along with the property management company were by far our worst experience ever. The property was filthy; the pool, the hot tub, bed and pillow covers, the carpet covered in stains, the couch and dining room plaster as old and neat up or had holes in it, or both. They forgot to give us parking passes for the beach access so huge inconvenience to park further away and carry all our beach gear not to mention with small children. The house is poorly maintained and needs significant work. The trash, sand and left over old ladies earrings underneath the sofa cushions was absolutely disgusting. The lady who was answering the calls when we reached out to the property management company was very nice and polite but we got the feeling she was doing her best to help us. The problem was bigger than her.
