The Space:
At the loft level, you’ll find a relaxed and tucked-away sleeping space with two twin beds and a daybed, great for anyone who appreciates a bit of quiet above the main living areas.
On the top level, the heart of the home opens up. There’s a well-equipped kitchen ready for easy breakfasts or big family dinners, and it flows right into an airy living area with a dining table for gathering together. Just off the living room is a cheerful sunroom, a great spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a book. This floor also has a fully stocked coffee bar with k-cups, tea, syrups creamers and sweeteners.You can also step out onto the outdoor patio for fresh air and comfortable seating, or enjoy meals on the screened-in porch. This floor also includes a full hall bath and a King bedroom tucked away for a bit of privacy.
The mid level is where most of the bedrooms are, and it’s set up beautifully for groups. Two King primary suites each have their own en-suite bathroom and private balcony access, giving everyone a little personal escape. There’s also a bedroom with a Full/Full bunk plus an extra Twin, ideal for families. Attached to this room is a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects this room and the final room on this floor, a spacious bedroom with two Queen beds.
Down on the ground level, the fun continues with a game room stocked with a ping-pong table and arcade games. A convenient half bath sits in the hallway as well as a living room with a Smart TV and a Queen pull out couch and a Queen futon for extra sleeping space. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor, making it easy to keep everyone’s things fresh throughout your stay.
Finally, outside you’ll find plenty more to enjoy, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach or pool, a mid-level hot tub for relaxing at the end of the day, a private pool for sunny afternoons, and lots of seating and lounging spots where you can kick back and soak it all in.

For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**
**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**
The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.
