Great for large group, we ranged from 12-63 and there was something for everyone. Some of our favorites: wild horses, many times even in our yard, crabbing with string and chicken, beach, beach, beach, room to spread out and gather together for family games, comfortable beds, each with own bath, double kitchen utilities with double everything. This is a must for ones bucket list!

Very nice and the fact I could bring my doggies was the cherry on top. Very spacious and the kitchen is very well equiped, 2- Dishwashers was wonderful to have. We could have had better weather but really is there a bad day at the beach, NO! Thank you for sharing your home with my family. God Bless

The house was very clean! We LOVED being on the 4x4 beach! Driving on the beach is the only way to beach for us after this trip, it was so convenient. We saw wild horses every day and it was pretty cool. Little kids went nuts each time. Having two fridges, two dish washers, a large pantry, and a wine fridge was great!! Tons of space for everything. Bring hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap!! There is none at the house.We did have some minor disappointments; we felt like the listing photos were a bit outdated after getting to the property. There’s been a lot of new houses built since the pictures were taken so the views of the ocean are more obstructed than we expected. We had a small issue with a tub not draining, we messaged maintenance like the instructions said but had no response. A family member ended up resolving the issue but it’s a bummer that maintenance didn’t even get back to us.

House is great for a large group. Dining room table fit our entire group of 13. It was nice to have a theater where we could watch movies with the kids. When you stay here, you are truly at the beach.

We had a lovely time! The surf was rough while we were there and we truly needed 4x4 vehicles! We saw lots of wild horses and enjoyed the beach, pool, and hot tub (even with the windy weather conditions)! It was truly a trip to remember!

OBX beautiful vacation

Over and above

Our stay was over and above all expectations! The house gave off positive energy and the surroundings are breathtaking. It was spacious and cozy. We especially loved that all of us were able to gather for cooking and sharing meals around the big table with plenty of seating space. From the sunrise to greet you, the majestic horses, the beautiful ocean with dolphins swimming by and the amazing sunsets to end the day. We all had the time of our lives and can’t wait to enjoy another fabulous vacation at this home.

Perfect home for family time

Great home for a family vacation. Plenty of room for activities together while allowing space when wanted. Beautiful views of both sunrises out front and sunsets out the back. Very quiet area. Lots of opportunities to view the wild horses.

Great Memories

Memorable stay at the beach

Our stay here will be fondly remembered by our family. Plenty of room (and personal space) for everyone. The house is inviting and beautiful and the kitchen spacious enough for a lot of cooks! The kids loved the pool and the adults gravitated to the hot tub. All in all, it was a wonderful stay that went by too fast.

Amazing Location

Amazing house, great location! This house was perfect for our family vacation. The wild horses strolled by a few times and the owner was great on giving helpful tips on where to find the horses. Highly suggest this house if you want to have a once in a lifetime experience in the Outer Banks!

Christmas at OBX

Great house for a multiple family stay! 2 dishwashers & 2 refrigerators. Wild horses literally walked through the yard. Convenient beach access, ocean views from the house, quiet neighborhood.
