"The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming, and they also helped organize additional activities, which was appreciated. However, the breakfast spread was quite limited and could be improved. We also noticed that the bedsheets were not properly clean during check-in, which affected the first impression of the stay."

"All good but there was a confusion about breakfast. Hotel staff told me that breakfast was not included but when I booked it clearly says breakfast included. Someone the hotel.com communication with Grand hotel did not mention about free breakfast. This caused confusion and time. When sending communication to the hotel please mention about breakfast is included. This will help the process. Please clarify why this confusion. "
